Good Customer care and reasonable pricing..

Though the service personnel has knowledge about the nitty gritties of computer components and servicing, the attitude they show to the customer is obnoxious. They fail to heed to the requests/requirements of the customer, but instead have a standard formula for the problem we approach them for. Tendency to blame the customer for specific requirements and accusing him/her for wasting their time is unprofessional and unacceptable. Had a bad experience with the service personnel.
