I used to live nearby this place. Bought my first desktop, later a laptop and then exchanged with another laptop. In spite of being such loyal customer, last time when I bought this new HP laptop (exchanged my old laptop) they ruined everything. Laptop came with one year warranty and exactly after 1 year, Hard disk failed. They said I am unfortunate. Now often blue screen appears even after repeated service. Finally learnt the lesson, not to go to this place for any purchase or service again.

Customer friendly and service worth for Money

Worst service centre. 4 months back I gave them my all in one PC for slight display problem. they took 1 week and changed a second hand LCD panel. Few days later the same problem arises for which I changed the LCD initially.when asked the owner said motherboard is also problem we need to change that.at that time I was not having enuf money. So last week I gave it to them to check for problem. They took nearly a week and answered that they could not find the IC. So I took it and went to other service centre where he said The system is performing completely fine. The changed Lcd panel is corrupted one.Now Iam in no position to ask my money back such a worst service centre in Madipakkam.
