Non existent. No response. No customer service. Wonder how it became HP authorised service centre!

I cannot even get these fellows to pick up the phone, nor will they respond to WhatsApp messages. HP lists them as an ASC. HP must be hoping that if they have such unresponsive local Svc Centres, people will opt for the more expensive HP-owned services. Its more likely that we will just stop buying HP products.

I had tried to call them several times but no one picked up. Even I called the technicians working there through their phone number they also didnt pickup. I cant imagine they got authorisation from HP.

This place is absolutely the worst service center I have ever visited. It doesnt have a billboard. The customer service is absolutely trash. Bunch of lazy a*s thieves are running this place. If ur in for MSI service, I recommend u to be prepared for everything. Unless u want to be stolen right under your nose. Others, I would recommend you to look for another place. These people are not reachable most of the time and dont give customer any proper answers and will rely ur repair and ask for a hefty price. Absolute scumbags.

No board, was lost for 10 minutes straight up, worst experiences of all time, no lift and phone number isnt working most of the time. What a waste of time and effort. Ofc the guy who repaired my laptop was knowledgeable but the overall team is not upto the standards. Broken chairs, bad infrastructure, and 15 minutes for a single printout. Amazing.Being sarcastic here*

DONT GO FOR MSI WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFETIME

Lenovo Service Engineers dont have the basic knowledge itself. They dont know how to open a laptop also and will break the display. Please 🙏 dont go to this shop. Worst experience as a Lenovo user. They are not professional and non responsive. This shop is garbage 🗑️. If you want a trash in return, you can visit this shop.

No proper board for directions. Its impossible to find without calling the service center. Customer service was average.

They dont even have a fu kin board being in Chennai myself I was searching for the shop for 2hrs, and they have worst customer care, very bad infrastructure, please dont come here!!!!!
