Worst internet provider in Madhavaram.Tells bunch of lies when network issue is raised .It is best not to go with pitfiber . Takes more than 3 to 4 days to resolve a simple issue . Lastly -10 for the customer service worst of all ,blocks the number or switch offs the number when we raise issue about network . Still they have not upgraded their plans now it looks very costly compared to the compitetors like jio , ACT , Airtel

Very worst customer service ever. Even for a small problem, they will take 10 days to fix the disconnection issue. I am facing this kind of issue every month. Now, its been 6 days , the internet got disconnected, still they havent fixed it.

Every month there will be no internet connectivity for 2-3 days

I am using pitfiber more than a year now. There were some hiccups but overall satisfied with their service.The customer service is also very good most of the time.If you are in Madhavaram you should go with PIT Fiber without a doubt.

There service was excellent , running by young guys they always pay attention to our problem instantly , best example is during the period of flood in chennai this is the only network which provided uninterrupted service for the crucial 1st week without any problem so I suggest u all to go-ahead, so friendly and humble people

No issues with internet speed and consistency but when there arises some issue they always take atleast 48hrs to resolve it worst customer service. mostly receiving false promises during issues. Even most of their staff does not know the exact status of the problem..worst ever than Bsnl customer service....

Worst customer service ever. Ive registered for a new connection 1 month ago. And still no connection was given to me. They generated only my credentials and sent them. But still Im unable to connect to the internet. They also sent another SMS to pay my first month usage bill.Guys please dont go for pit fiber. Instead go for some other ISP in Madhavaram.
