No responsibility towards customers. I went to change keyboard but they kept me waiting for nearly 2.5 hours.I said the day before to keep the keyboard ready but they denied it.

The shop should open at 10:00Am.so I reached in time.when I called them at 10:15 they said the shop will be opened at 10:30AM.But they kept me waiting till 11:30Am.And service also not that good.
