My desktop I had was not working and gave it to aski yo fix. Got it back on second day. Was charged Rs 500 and was told we did basic service. When asked what basic service is I was told it is opening the CPU and clean it.Checked the system once I got back home it still had the same problem. When asked it is electronics and when we checked it worked us the reply I got and was asked to carry the system back again.I had to carry the desktop again to the service centre. They checked and said my RAM should have been 4 +4 instead of 2+2+2+2 and was told this issue might happen again.My issue is they did not even care to express the fault the first time I visited and even the second time I was diplomatically and gently shoved of the door while I was concealing my discontent within. The second engineer had so much disdain that he had to look somewhere and answer my questions.This is my fourth visit to the place and initially I thought of going there when ever I had troubles. But no more.

I went last week to check my laptop for audio trouble. Service engineer attended quickly and didnt charge. So I bought a mouse which I needed anyway. Since I was quite impressed I went today for an adaptor and battery. He gave me the adapter and advised to continue with the old battery. So I carry the impression that they are in to building a long time client relationship. All of them were quite nice and professional in their behaviour. This is at ashok nagar.
