Worst shop I ever seen. I bought a new laptop 3 years back from this shop. Within this 3 years I almost changed all the parts in the laptop. And now the laptop is not even working. Components which we change in the laptop will not give life even for a month. Cost are high and very worst experience.

I gave my Dell touch screen laptop for service in october 2020. When i saw its dismantled they refuse to accept its my laptop. They dont give any receipt for servicing laptops. They have kept the laptop with them and didnt return still. Laptops be it new or old is kept like a garbage pile in the centre at pallavaram

Price is high comparatively other place and online.. went to buy RAM.. over the phone was told the price is ₹1900 .. when I went to buy they said ₹2300 asked him why he quoted this price.. sales guy(hero) said thats the selling price for 4gb. Informed I was told ₹1900 and player the call recording.. finally he gave sheepish smile and agreed.P.S. I didnt buy.Service guys are rude & worst than sales.worst customer service.Anyone visiting the store.. do your homework and then step there.

Worst shop in Chennai Ive ever been to...

I gave my laptop for keyboard change. They corrupted the OS and I lost my data. Damaged my daughter board, wifi and usb not working, which cost me another 5k

We have purchased a Hp Laptop in Oct.2020 and forget to add our GST Number. When approached, they could respond immediately and smoothly handled. Thanks to the entire team of Vivin Computers. Having satisfied made some more transactions with satisfaction.

The computer peripherals are little costly, some technicians are not trained for computer services. So its not recommended to go for this shop for computer services if the problem is so critical.

Very expensive for minor services.service quality is good with support. Pricing is not stable and keeps varying.I bought a Toshiba harddisk (500GB) for 3500 and within 4 months they put its price to 4000.Nothing is fixed here and I bet anyone has to spend more than 500after entering the doorstep here to do any repair ,even those of which are minor.Very poor handling of laptops during service.I got my laptop sides broken and scratched.

Worest experience in RP road near hasthinapuram branch shop today ... they charge 200% + percentage more compared to online .. pls be careful on the accessories purchase.i brought curical DDR4 4GB ram today after bying i realized i have paid 2800 when compared to online price it is 1400 only for same product when enquired the owners says we are covering warranty all stuffs and in bill it is mentioned warranty must me claimed from manufacturer only and say we have no responsibilities you have paid we cant do anything...shouldnt cheat like this, the staff in the shop says the price whatever comes in his mouth they dont have price tagg.Let they takes money ,as like I have helped in this pandemic situations to them.

When I inquired for HDD he said the price, which is a bit higher than Amazon. The next moment he advised me to get from Amazon and disconnected the phone harshly. This kind of reaction is not good for a seller.

Every time I need to follow up to get the status, sometimes I need to visit the service center to know about the status. Till now I am behaving like a gentleman, I think this is why they are cheating me. I never recommend this shop for any one. Cheapest response.

A shop run by bunch of scammers to prey on the people who are not tech savy. If you ask them to install a simple OS in your laptop they will charge you more than 1000rs for installing a pirated OS. Poor customer service too. And they wont negotiate at all, they will fix a steep price and your have to pay it else they will reverse whatever service they did. Cheaters.

Very bad service .. I had to run for 4 days behind the technician who finally told the issue is resolved but when I can back and tried it was not working . So he told it might be that again that issue has come.I was left frustrated I had trusted this shop and given my laptop for repair and in return I got disappointment.I would not recommend to anyone to go this shop.

They dont handle your products with care.I gave my laptop for changing the keyboard, but they couldnt change and also they broken my touch pad keys and also changed the OS without my knowledge to check the new keyboard is compatible to the software.The service guys were rude and impatient . As i know these shop for years, but for the recent times they are behaving too bad.

They give false promise to the customers and waste customers time. Dont believe them. Wasted 3 days time to replace a spare part and finally told spare part is not available in market. They bought a wrong spare and saying problem is only one screw not fitting. If that screw would have fitted, they would have returned the product saying that work is done by replacing some other products spare. Better avoid this place and go to some other service centre.

Really worst and cheating shop . They use to sell faulty 2nd hand laptop after changing the external parts for good price. i personally experienced after purchased a faulty laptop for 20k. When I asked, They didnt even respond and refused to change it. Another incident where I went there to refill my printer cartridge,the didnt refill it properly where it was not working.when i asked they shouted and didnt attempt to refill it again.i had lost 20000 rs+100 rs because of this shop.owner of this shop is so arrogant and never give respect to any customer.Please dont ever visit this shop

Worst worst experience in servicing laptop. I gave my laptop for motherboard complaint. They said board to be replaced, so i return it. Later I checked with my friend found that, They have stollen my RAM and many parts are brocken inside. When I asked they simply raising their hand. As a end user how can I judge all parts are there inside while return it.Really fraud people.

Worst in terms of customer service. Actually I went with a blurred monitor, the service man said nothing can be done with the monitor. Then I enquired about the new monitors which were placed for selling. After one enquiry, the person in service denied giving details about the other brand monitors. Services are poor. They have impatient and rude guys in the shop.

Doesn’t no how to handle customers totally waste ,If u give anything for repair they will tell they will give at evening, but I am sure which day evening daily u have to cal them, while attending the calls also they have attitude, don’t no why waste customers time and all they would simply say we can’t do any repair works .
