Worst place to work in Chennai for a IT professional. You will be treated like a donkey. You will be forced to work 7 days a week 15 hrs a day citing project deadline...and the project never ends. Starting manager, up till VPs are unprofessional. They copy codes from confidential project of one client and use it for others without thier consent. Total lack of ethics. Better to stay jobless than work here.

Orion was earlier called as Vernalis systems Pvt ltd. I worked there for 18 months. The ambience is good. You can learn and improve a lot.But the problem is you have to work overtime and you will be overpaid. If you are ready for that then you can join this company.

Good place to start your carrier.You are growing along with the organisation.Your growth completely depends upon your project manager and its the fact of all organisation.Its worth to work in such a great ambiance fully made of transparent glasses and awesome stickers.Lounge and the facilities for book reading is awesome.Every individual is assigned with a laptop and can work from anyplace.Good cafeteria..Overall its a developing company with loads of stuffs.

The work space is at par to some of the worlds leading IT offices. With open seating, Few Tall Tables, Enough meeting rooms, WiFi enabled, bean bags etc... This is what we call as Future of Workspace...

A company that does not depend upon employees but a band of closely related Manager cum partners. If they were in the US with the same set up thier CEO would be put behind bars for running a sweatshop.
