Guys!The worst place ever to get the Laptop serviced. I went to change the battery and he changed the motherboard silently. When I take the laptop to other Authorized service center , they were telling that the motherboard itself is changed. When I went and ask him they were very rude and they were not willing to open and check the laptop itself. Kindly avoid this place and the good reviews are put by themselves. My Laptop cost was 80k and now it is not even working and I had used it for only 2 years.**************************AVOID THIS PLACE***********************

Best place for getting cheated, I gave my laptop here for keyboard issue next day I got a call saying that battery and Hard disk problem since I needed laptop urgently I didn’t asked for any second opinion I got serviced and paid around 10k. After few months I got a external HDD caddy and tried accessing my HDD to my surprise it’s working fine and also checked HDD health with WD Digital Data Lifeguard and Got a result healthy . Beware before giving your laptop for service and now my laptop is completely dead thanks to fabulous service of V5 hats off

Really very disappointing dont give Ur laptop here they will take all Ur parts in Ur laptop and I went here for laptop not switching on so they said we will check and update and day after tomorrow they said we have to fix bios then it will work and then finally they will say motherboard is only the pblm this is 1st time Im giving this laptop for service but they said I already gave the laptop for service. Only I know I gave or not so check before itself giving Ur laptop for service whether it is authorised service center or not.

One of the worst service centre ever.. Dont trust reviews all good reviews are made by themselves.They are stolen your internal hardware parts and finally told mother board is gone. Think twice before giving your laptop to this service(cheating) centre..
