They are not really concern about our money. if you have serviced for more than 4k they will talk as honey in their voice.I have serviced my laptop last year (2019) and they have asked me to change hardisk - Because of bad sector and Ram for performance.The laptop worked fine till early jan 2020. i had issue with blue screen and system get restarted. They said CMOS battery is missing because of that you are facing system restart and blue screen.Without looking CMOS battery inside the board they changed a new one and charged. After a month i got the problem again but i couldnot go there because of Covid19.Day before yesterday, when they opened laptop pannel two CMOS battery exist. Board circuit got damaged because of CMOS battery and it collided with IO circuit board.They charged 1500 Rupees for me and I argued with them to reduced the amount since it is not my fault. But they really didnot listen my voice and they simply saying pay for the service.They hired new guys and ask them to close the pannel of the laptop once the issue has been resolved but the new guys are not up to the mark.Thats why i am saying if you not really care about your money then you will go that service showroom.Customer service not friendly and they are money minded.In my personal opinion, you can go to Infinity service showroom in the same street. they are really good with the customer. they could nicely with customer.you can check on google reviews and you can come to know who will good with customer.
