I called them for Lenovo laptop battery. They said they have stock and I went and collected from the shop. However the replaced battery was not working. Next day I requested them for return cash or replacement.They said we will check and provide you update by evening. No response from them for next 5 days. Even if we call we will update you in another hour. They will not call back. Finally 5th day they ask for laptop dead approval. Saying if they open and see the issue if any damages occur we are not responsible. I said no it is working well no issues with my laptop I just need battery. These people then agreed to refund cash.When we went directly they say we will charge for testing. However they did not do any testing or resolve my issue.Cheating people... And making us travel to shop and home multiple times..

Very worst response. My battery repair with in 5 month. Still in warrenty I ask spare till it come from office. They didnt give. They promise will change 3 to 4 working days. Still 7 days my problem not solved.... Please guys think and purchase 100times in this shop. If u reject my feel oneday you guys will write like above ......

Worst experience with this service center. They dont have good technician to diagnose laptop issues. After 3 weeks laptop returned stating cannot fixed and recommended to replace motherboard. I doubt and When I approached another service center they found motherboard has been damaged by blowing up the chip....Dont trust this service center

I am from Ariyalur and My laptop had some keyboard problem so I Call the Synergy’s service centre(Nungambakkam) and check whether the exact keyboard available in stock or not...They replied that stock available and you can change within 1 hour after you came to the centre. So I went there and requesting to change my keyboard...they take my laptop and make me to wait around 5 hours and finally they said that the keyboard which we are having is not suitable for your laptop and informed me to come next week....So i planned to come after a week also I enquired 2 times in between the next visit to chennai from Ariyalur ..they again convey the message that stock available and telling me to come...once i went there for the second time...They replied that Stocks are not available...They are totally unresponsive ....On my experience with Synergy Laptop services centre..Requesting the peoples to choose other service centre for any repairing...

Given my Mac for charging issue on June 8th...after one month some temporary adjustment with compatible charger and they didnt given my original charger back also and collected money rs.7500 from me, within 2 days it stopped working and they are telling it has water damage...they didnt checked it properly at first instance or they might be knowing that this issue will arise again but they looted money first...after that they took back for repair and till today almost 2 and half months gone not responding properly and given refund and not given back my product...I honestly discourage people reaching this service center...

I purchased laptop battery from them on Jan 2021, there was 1 year warranty for the product. The battery was not charging properly , i returned the battery for warranty claim, they told it will take 3-4 days, after 1 week they told my battery claim is done and come to office to receive the battery, when i went there they told the battery claim is wrongly done, my laptop battery is still not claimable asked to wait again.

Worst place ever to Service your components.Gave my Asrock 990FX Extreme 4 motherboard with Fx 8350 Processor for random power off issue. Even though it was Switching off randomly after booting they accepted the board for service with Dead On Arrival state. Even after me Turing it on in front of them they didnt agree.After 3 weeks of me following up on their given timeline finally they told me that they are unable to find the issue.When I went to collect the mother board they had me to wait for 1 hour just because even with 10+ people roaming around they didnt have anyone who could find and get my Motherboard back or may be they forgot where they dumped it . Later when they returned me my mother board both Battery and CPU cooler fan unit was missing. Since they were arguing that that was the whole unit which I gave I had to show the photos of what I took before giving to service. Again after waiting for 30 minutes they fitted a CPU Fan and battery.I received the board and returned home only to find the graphics card heat sink unit was still missing and had to rush back to collect them. Still wondering what are the parts they stole from my board now. At this point pretty sure those high reviews which I saw and fooled myself are fake indeedCOVID update: Not a single sanitizer found, Zero precautions taken to prevent COVID, No Mask, No Glove, None of thr employees were sanitising themself before entering the office when coming inside.NEVER EVER VISIT THIS PLACE WHO ARE TECHNICALLY, PROFESSIONALLY AND ETHICALLY BACKWARDS TO THE MAXIMUM..Watch out for the guy called Basker..Every single word out of these people are utter lie.

Very upsetting to hear the way the staff speak. Spoke to a lady today. After explaining the full problem she says its your wish if you want to go somewhere to fix the problem. They are not clear on what the issue is. Customer is not given clarity on what is the root cause. Temporary fix is provided and money is taken. The problem recurs and second time they tell you the root cause of the issue which could have got sorted out in the first time itself. The customer has to spend additional amount again. I immediately rejected, because I knew my motherboard was just fine. I requested to keep the laptop ready, for me to pick up at noon. I got a message asking if I picked up, I replied “not yet. I’ll collect in the evening.I reached the service centre to pick up my laptop. They asked me to wait for 30 mins as the laptop was kept dismantled since morning (or maybe even for two days). I waited for 20 mins while witnessing many angry customers dissatisfied with their service, arguing with the staff. After some more waiting, I asked for an update, but they asked me to wait for another 30 mins. So I decided to leave and ask them to have it delivered to my residence. The same night I get my laptop delivered, with a huge scratch on my touchpad and the charger missing. I complained the same night, but received no reply.[8/1/21] I called to complain about the touchpad and missing charger. They claimed, the touchpad was already scratched and they would deliver the charger today. Obviously, I denied their claim that the touchpad was already scratched and sent them a photo of my laptop just before I handed it over for service. To my shock their reply was “sir, anyway your laptop is dead”. That got me super frustrated and I requested to talk to a senior personnel. I had given request to upgrade my ram for hp laptop believing that they are authorized service center. Proved their responsibility and did the job through Mr Lalith today 24th December 2020.He was politely did it professionally.

Worst experience ever. They don’t diagnose and give you the complete story. They try to address one issue while they don’t bring other issues to your notice purposefully so that they make you come back to them repeatedly so they keep making as much money as possible from your devices. Be very careful before you visit this place.More importantly they give you an estimate figure which they pull out of their hat and hold you for it. Try speaking to a different person in the same office or may be over the phone you will get a different price.I wanted to get my key board panel replaced for my HP laptop, in person I for a quote of 2,500 but when I called over the phone I got 1,800. All this happened in the same day.

Paid in full for a battery before checking if it is running alright by charging overnight. When it did not charge, returned it. Have waited for a month to get replacement battery. checked and repaired the hardware however money is still locked with no battery yet. Calls dont get answered and if they do, promises are made to deliver with no result. Bad experience.

Absolute thieves and scoundrels... DONT entrust your equipment with them, youll NEVER get it back ! I gave them my faulty iMac for repair 20 days back and they didnt call me even ONCE to tell me what the problem was etc. I had to keep calling them again n again to even get a response! And they were so RUDE in their replies, as though they were doing me some favour by replying! In the end, neither did they repair my Mac, not did they return it! I had a torrid nightmare of a time trying to get them to give it back to me as it was...I even contemplated going to the police to lodge a complaint! I finally paid Rs.350 but got it back! Pathetic people who r clueless about their work, if trust these guys...u can kiss your equipment goodbye!I gave them 1 star as it doesnt allow me to give lesser...NO other reason!!!

I was purchased assembled desktop. i told clearly it was wedding album designing and wedding video editing. they had no knowledge. they gave me a poor configuration amount was Rs.40000. i spend Rs.16000 later for better configuration but not good till now. then one day i was go for repair that system some problem. they told change motherboard Rs.7000. but i return and repair with local technician with just Rs.1500. and then one day i was go for another problem repair. repeat they told change motherboard Rs.7000. but i return and repair with local technician. problem was hard drive i change hard drive. later days that old hard disk was problem increased i disconnected from my pc. please dont go these type of seller and repair.

Excellent response by Priya when you call the number for enquiries. Upgraded my ram on laptop. It was slightly complicated for me to do it on my own. They did it in less than 30 minutes. Only problem is technician should have replaced the part in front of me, instead it was taken inside while I was waiting in reception. I didnt ask to be allowed inside. Maybe they would have allowed if I had asked for seeing the part being replaced.

Very bad time management and customer relationship, I gave my laptop on 9.11.2019 regarding a display issue. Then they took more than a week to find the issue and fix it. 14.11.2019 i got my laptop delivered. Today (15.11.2019) when I played my AV video my speaker and head set port is not working. I have Spent 8500 rs and lots of time which is completely useless due this irresponsible people.

Some bad sectors had developed in my printer. I promptly called & told about my problem. printer was picked up the very next day & 99.9% of the data was recovered successfully. What a relief that was... Fantastic Service.

I had my hp Computer repaired here & I am very satisfied with their services. The only issue is that they do not have any technician capable to repair the hp Computers in their anna nagar branch & everything had to be done by their nungambakkam head office. This leads to lot of problems for clients like me as we need to wait for 3 to 4 days for the job to be completed. However I do not have any complaint on their service with my experience with them.

One reason I continue to go to Synergy Systems And Peripherals, Nungambakkam for buying laptops & getting after sales service is that I am certain of getting genuine spare parts.Many service centres give duplicate & spurious spare parts at cheaper prices by getting it online or from offline markets in the city which sell spurious spare parts. Customers are mislead by the lower prices, buy them & end up suffering.Read the Economic Times articles. 33% of online purchases are spurious goods. It’s quite serious. Customers get cheated.Synergy Systems And Peripherals, Nungambakkam buys only genuine spare parts. Synergy’s policy is to only buy them offline; not online.That’s why my computer functions better.
