Smiply waste no growth for freshers and there is no HR team. In this company they wont maintain yearly hike. All over totaly worst performance everything bad in this....think before joining please...

Worst company i ever seen there is no growth for freshers, no permanent salary date and HR team waste. Worst company to work.. Nothing standard and professional here, they have their own rules and policies which differs from time to time.. You cant expect a job security over there. Cant expect salary Hike. Friends think thrice before joining this company.

Worst company to work.. You cant expect a job security over there. And the highlight is they dont like people dropping paper. Once they come to know people have plans to drop paper, MD will terminate the employee. People in the company have narror thoughts. Cant expect salary hike. Friends think thrice before joining the company.

Recently visited the solvedge. Its really a very friendly culture. I read all the reviews, some reviews are negative. It is a universal rule if the player is not playing good in the team will go out. And these negative feedbacks are given by such loosers I guess.

Recently attended the interview i cleared all round but they said u go now i will call tomorrow.. 4 tomorrow is gone no call from that side.. interview process is very irritating, if u go to attend the interview 11 am they leave u eve 5.30, please dont play the unemployeeemotion... If u fresher means plz avoid this shamless cmpny....they give 8k + 3yr bond...
