I like how effective it is when it comes to sorting out customers based on the data provided and use the calendar to then schedule any meeting, and importing data from emails is easy and automated. Also that they are very customizable; you can customize what is required and not, auto-fill items, mandatory fields, and non-mandatory fields. Having all this in 1 place makes it a great product.

Hello guys !! I used CRM software for my business from different organizations. Cost is high, not user friendly, they will promise 100% customization but they wont do it. We dont have any other options, as we made payment. My friend referred me RSoft. Initially I didnt show much interest to use new CRM, but RSoft given us free demo login and we used for a month. Its really fulfilled all my requirements and they customized CRM to maximum level based on my inputs. Best lead management software which increased my business revenue.
