Have issue in my laptop, almost screen hinges broken. They took just one day and did awesome job to rectify completely , also the charges are nominal.. good customer support…. Recommend to visit this service center if you have any issue in your laptop…

I went for a service request for my laptop not booting, they took more than 3 days and came up with issues that were not present like screen flickering. Thought they are faster and effective but definitely not. Disappointed with the delay, would never recommend!

An excellent place to get your laptop service done. Had issues with my OS on my 10 year old dell vostro 3550. They were friendly and did a great job and as requested they serviced my laptop in 2 hours time. Couple of months back they had done the battery replacement also on this. Would definitely recommend them.

Very Poor Service....I gave my acer laptop for keyboard issue...They have installed some local made keyboard in which the functional keys are having different functions then the symbol shown in the functional key.. ..Also the keyboard backlit lighting is not so good, unable to work in night...I also asked for my old keyboard, they havent given me till date...

The keyboard they installed on my laptop didnt last even a month. When I took it back they told that I came a day later and so they charged me for the new keyboard (I couldnt get back within 3 months since it was full lockdown due to COVID)

High pricing for small problems, I went for a Hinges problem they did it but I couldnt lock my laptop I asked them to why its happened they are simply telling that the spring will get stuck when opening the laptop case. They changed me 1500k without changing hinges and they gave me a another problem... But my hinges problem was gone...

Worst Experience i have gained . My personal request not to take warranty laptop here because they asked service charged. I told its in warranty then why should i pay. the cheap guys are put bitlocker password and given my laptop. So better avoid them for an warranty laptops.

I visited today morning for my Lenova laptop scrolling automatically to down issue. Service Technician inspected and found the keypad issue and then replaced in 20 minutes. I thought they may ask come and collect on evening. But they were very quick since they have stock in hand. And charged reasonable price. Recommend for any Lenova laptop service around Porur. 👍

Got my laptop service here, had to replace the my internal storage drive, they did an excellent job , and explained all my queries and help me select the best internal hardrive for my HP laptop which got broke within a period of 1 and half. Replaced it with a ssd 128 and 2tb HDD(Which failed in my hp lap) , now it works are all good, they even help in data recovery if needed, hardworking people, recommend this place for all your laptops services.

Job No:5003. Chip-set level Service done. Careless attitude from service centre manager. Home pick up promised & Resolution promised but nothing happened after multiple followups after 3 weeks. Charges are high and not transparent.
