They did a great job for a website vulnerability that I had. They were very patient and helped me close the exposure. I also found out about their other services and will be using them again.

At first I was reluctant to work with Tim Howard and the folks at Mindset Software Technologies because they were in India and I thought there would be a language barrier etc. I quickly got over that limiting belief when they started doing incredible work for me. The work tirelessly , never complaining and usually responding within minutes. (I dont think they go to sleep!!!) and the value is incredible. I compared our monthly service fees we pay (for which they do stuff for us daily as we have a website that posts new things daily and is constantly changing our specials etc) and their cost to make sites (they have made 5 for me so far!!) and its about 35% of the cost of someone doing it from the U.S. Thats a ton of savings and Im all about the Benjamins!!! This is a Value Packed company!!!!

Please dont get into this company, once if u get in u can never come out of it. They dont even give u certificates at the end to hold on u. More over the working hour is more than 12 hours, all Saturdays working day. They dont even keep their words in salary. They ll terminate u after 3 months use u well as much as they could. As of now only 4-5 employees including management members are there. U could notice all clients being satisfied in the reviews here but for that they suck the employees blood. They consider employees as slaves. Especially freshers pay is just 8k for which they put u on work withing next 15 days no time for training. No senior developers to guide u. U cannot learn anything, employees Wont be respected. Only thing is u ll get ur pay on time but no leave,lop if late to office just 30 mins break for lunch. No tea snacks during break. Only leaves for very few festivals. In one line, worst company, with no proper maintainence ,no hr there, no proper policies, low wages,cannot learn anything . Instead of getting into this u can sit simply and wait for better offers. If u raise ur voice about any inconvenience u ll be terminated with no pay for that month. U are not even supposed to attend the calls in office, not supposed to stay on calls for long. All my words here at our true becoz I had my experience there and I want not anyone to get into this hell. .................... From the response of the owner for this review its clearly visible that they never accept their faults and turn it all around the employee and all my words are proved with evidence by themselves by their reply. If all Saturdays are working hours for poorly performing employees then why all the employees arriving to office on all Saturdays of a year? .

Im not working there. But its the best company for fresher and pretty pleasent place to work. Chill HR.Im didnt selected bcoz that was my fault....Atmosphere is colorful.
