Worst experience with the organization that I had completd all the interview process but the management team took three months to release offer letter...this is not the way to make the participated candidates to wait...as a HR or any responsibile person in the organization should have to say confirmation or status about the candidates performance what ever it may be...after three months of waiting they said that we need experienced candidates then what is the need of interviewing a fresher and make them to wait for this much long time...hope it should not happen with any other...
