Went to check my laptop which was not turning on. Before that checked twice with Lenovo service center where they asked me to change the motherboard which is 12k. But with a Frnd help I ended here and saved a huge amount. They completed the service in two days and updated me over phone. Nicely done. You need avoid all the road side people who is calling you for leptip service and blindly come here. Its a one stop service area for all brands of laptop.

I gave my laptop to some service center, they quoted too much for servicing the laptop, I saw infinity service center in online through browsing.I took my laptop there they completed within oneday, also the earlier company where they have removed some parts as well this I came to know through infinity service center.But engineers in infinity service center corrected and gave the laptop on the same day.thanks for the prompt service.

Great service, reasonable pricing. They could improve on diagnosing of the problem as initially they misdiagnosed my Laptop. They recommended that the screen needed to be changed, and it would have cost me ₹4500-5000, so I asked them to just return the laptop. Then after a few days they said the screen replacement was not necessary. Then why did they recommend it in the first place? Now my laptop is working well and has no problems, they repaired it extremely well. They even formatted it (the problem was virus) and installed a new back panel as my previous panel was worn out and its hinges had broken. In total it cost me around ₹2,200. I am very happy with the repair, but I feel they should have diagnosed the issue properly. Initial quote was ₹6-7k as they were saying the problem was in the screen. When I did not outright give them a green light and asked them to just return the laptop they repaired the laptop without screen replacement. This might be a genuine mistake and not a scam or a scheme on their part, if that is the case then they need to put more effort into looking at the Laptop and diagnosing the problem correctly.

My laptop was completely dead for the second time(1st time I gave it to Lenovo Authorized Service Center) because 1st time lenovo guys did something. Frankly speaking they have did a tremendous job all my issues has been addressed :-1) Laptop Dead2) Earlier my laptop was literally slow. After installation of SSD it is super fast now. Within 9 seconds screen loads. Made my existing Hard disk as secondary inbuilt.3) Ram Upgraded to 8 GBNow my laptop is super fast. Their charge is also reasonable. I visited main apple service center in Anna Nagar for my MacBook repair for some issue of battery, they said, this MacBook is total gone and non repairable. I was shocked. Then I was remembered the shop when I was going to riche street. Then I visited that Infinity service center and told the problem. They never told me this MacBook is not going to repairable. They told we repair it. They were explained the upgradation of OS, Ram 1 to 4gb, replacement of batter. As per that they did best service. NOW PERFORMANCE IS FANTASTIC AND VERY FAST.
