I had worked in this concern for the past 3years and as of my knowledge the simple management I have learnt from a engineering service concern is to keep their employees satisfactory and the employee satisfaction leads to the growth of the concern automatically.But this concern is opposite to that & here the HR has the ordering power over the employee and without their knowledge they will reduce the salary from their CTC and simply they will tell it bcoz of COVID situation & to over come this they took time till Feb 21 ( now only they are giving the full salary amount) .The person who got relived in this time period , according to the rule they have to give the deduction amount which is deducted during this COVID period as an arier amount. But for that also they told that it wont be given for the person who got relived and till now they havent told when it will be given to the working employees.For appraisalWe guys worked for Ashok Leyland PD project and its technically very helpful for us to get learn many things and we worked on this project irrespective time basis ,but on this 3 years there is no appraisal and the salary which we got initially is reduced by 8000 rs.That 8000 rs is considering the allowance provided by Hinduja tech for offsite working ( AL working guyz ) .During joining the HR from HINDUJA TECH negotiated too much and they will tell that this allowance will be added (3000rs/mnth) ,so this wont be added in your CTC its the extra benifit, they will also tell if you added this ,you will get wat you expected .This 3000rs is the allowance given to employee ,when the client location is more than 30km from the Hinduja tech office .We a getting this allowance during my initial stage and then they arranged a meeting and told that Hinduja tech office will be relocated to koyembedu CMBT and after relocating its not 30km distance from AL to Hinduja tech ,so we are cancelling the allowance for the person deputed to Ashok leyland. There is many conflict raised in between management & employee in that meeting , but on that same month they cancelled the allowance permanently and this cancelling of allowance is done 2yrs before itself and Our managed who is responsible for the overall allocation of job in AL (Mayilvahanan sir ) is also not supportive on employee side and he knows that we employee salary is not in increments graph and its in decrement graph from the date I joined ,but it doesnt affect the person who is getting decent salary .It affect the person who is getting 15k - 20k salary.I have seen directly ,my frends who is getting less salary and again it got reduced ,but other rates which is mandatory requirement for running a family got increased, he suffer a lot. This management is responsible for all their inability .So anyone who is trying to join here ,plese think twice or thrice before getting into it. This organisation is not for employee well being.

I am an Ex-employee of Hindujatech Ltd. I worked in the HTLs Pune office from February 2016 to January 2018.Below are the highlights of my experience @HTL :-After working for a year at HTL, I found out that something is wrong, i e. Whatever we are talking is leaked. Then in December 2017 I came to know that my Phone is Hacked & Spyware is installed in it. One of the senior person in the same company tried his best to convince me that since A Senior Level Manager was looking for a proper Groom for his daughter, my phone was hacked. I was made & tricked to quit job just before my promotion . I was also convinced to relocate to Chinchwad on the pretext of marriage with the same girl.A girl in Hindujatech called many of my friends on the pretext that her marriage has been fixed with me & family level talks are going on. ( Of course she got my number from my hacked phone ).Faced too much UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH there.Coming back to the story I was commited & withheld in HTL in 2016, when PO transfer was going on , on the promise of Better growth opportunity & on-site opportunity and marriage with the same girl. Then in 2017 I was convinced to bring an offer letter & that my salary would be compensated with the same. When I brought the offer letter I was released, that time I didnt have any job offer.Then when I was working as a contract employee, my phone was asked in return of a permanent job.So is this a professional approach ???I was made to relocate to Chinchwad & buy a car on the pretext of marriage. Her father, a senior level employee convinced me to buy a car.Few other experience :-On-site opportunity is repeatedly provided to certain selected employees.Regular promotion & growth is also provided to the same selected people.Appraisal & Promotion is totally biased.They have the Worst Management, with Egoist HUMAN RESOURCES Team. Their HUMAN RESOURCES & CORPORATE AFFAIRS Team, misuses their power & utters non-sense about their employees. Please have a check on Your Lady H.R PADMA KALIDASAN & ANJU DARSHINI.Either, The CEO KUMAR PRABHAS has no control over his team or he might be guiding them in all these
