The most pathetic service center in terms of service. Should be called ever-unprofessional services. I had an issue with my laptops display, brought it to these guys, and they told me the display needs to be changed and next day theyll give me the update, the next day never came and I had to call by myself, then they gave me their MDs number and I called her the next day she picked up my call and told me shell let me know about the availability and price for the display, but she never did, I had to call them after 7 days to ask about the update to which after repeatedly calling for a day they did, after that, to my surprise the next day I was told that its not a display issue, and they have to check it again, again the next day they didnt gave me any update and I had to call by myself, again I was told that theyre checking the issue, today I went by myself and the service guy told me thats its a motherboard issue, I was scared that they were playing me. I took my laptop back, went to Ritchie Street, and my laptop got fixed within an hour, the fault was with the display cable, which I myself suspected. If I have to give a review then it would be 0 stars. People please do yourself a favour and never visit this place. Job Sheet number - 592

Worst service centre. Thet make the problem worse Gave g2000 printer for service as yellow color was not flowing to cartridge. They said both heads need replacement and ink tray need to be replaced. I told them not to replace the head and replace the tray alone. The centre said bthey wont do and charged 250 as inspection charge and said yellow is printing and purple is not cmg , as I was not printing much of colour print I thought okay.when I came home no print was cmg, when I checked bthe scanner was in the other side. I gave it to check with them. Now they said I have to replace bthe scanner head also. They literally broke my printer. They always try to charge us more. Please do not give there for servcing

Only official acer service center in Chennai. Please raise an complaint in acer toll free number and visit here and there will be no cost else you need to pay the money even if you have warranty or not. Good service 👍.

Acer needs to get a better service team. This place cant even get a spare part for a laptop. They wont even contact you regarding your query and will always take a new complaint everytime you contact them. This is by far the worst authorized service center in the city.

They ordered wrong battery for my laptop, then they said will call after got correct battery. But not responding after. Recharge your landline number😀

Third party service, its better to utilize on-site warranty rather than visiting this service centre. Mostly avoid visits here, and the reason will be time.

I got my laptop repaired at less compared to other shop where I have asked ... Its also authorized shop of Acer as well as of Canon.. good staff tell you what is right for you . Sometime give you better option for repairing things or to change that part is more beneficial .. trust of product is more valuable so product chosen by you is from compny but repair choice and other replacement they will offer will be different.. but Im happy to give it 5 starI hot my laptop repaired within 2 days....Its pocket friendly...😍

Acer service centre problem rectified

I was here one week before very kind and polite staffs, i had ms office issue in my acer laptop when i searched for Authorized service center to acer this address was provided by acer customer service, instantly resolved my issues.

The service is good but there is no fan for the customers this is my experience about the service

One of the worst computer service centre I have ever seen. First, the receptionist said they will inform in two days about the problem but they took nearly 2 weeks to find whats wrong with my Acer laptop. Next, I was told that the motherboard has to be replaced and total cost will come to Rs. 15,000. They charged Rs. 250 for finding (lying about the) the fault. Fortunately, I gave it to a service centre in Kelambakkam who replaced on/off switch. And now my laptop is working fine. If you dont have warranty please dont go there. They are number one cheats. The job card no. is 154.

Visited this service center for repairing my Predator Helios 300. The staffs behaved good. I requested for onsite, but they ranged me to come there. This was quite uncomfortable for me. But I got my laptop fixed. And the center was quite difficult to locate, but thank god, Google maps came in handy.

It is an official Acer service centre, do not fear. I got my laptop fixed(they replaced the RAM) for free. All you need is the serial number of the device, in my case, it was laptop. Of course, it is free only if the device is under warranty. Fortunately mine was under warranty.

Worst experience ever. Arrogant staff. I gave my laptop for some battery damage issues and it had to be replaced. They told me your warranty period is over looking into their system. But when I sent my dad to talk ( the laptop was almost a year old)they told him that it is under warranty and had to do it for free. A similar thing happened for the hard drive as well. It is the only authorised service centre for Acer laptops so I had no other option but to go there. I paid a bomb for the laptop and equally that much for the service within 2 years itself .

Reasonable price for servicing

I purchased my acer predator 300 laptop at flipkart where had an heat issue in brand new laptop (thermal paste). Acer suggested to wait for 2 days for onsite service where i requested for an service immediately and they had provided the address of this center. I had struggled a bit to find the service shop. The receptionist was kind and the service done by an technician was good but the infrastructure wasnt good where their are 2 service centers cannon and acer. Bit low airflow if infrastructure was good I would have given 5 star.

Its a small service centre in the front portion of a small house for ACER PRODUCTS &went there to check up my CHROME BOOK. The service engineer said that the mother board is dead (extremely damaged ) The MS Affiliate killed my wonderful Chrome book

They lost my data after doing an upgrade without informing me. they gave me a equally bad replacement laptop. Filed a complaint with consumer court. Rangalakshmi is the owner with no business ethics. And if you do not know technology their engineers can bluff you and mess the situation further.

Very expensive service. They charge rs.590 to just check your system. Spares are expensive + GST. If you have warranty then go for it otherwise its a luxury.
