Company is good. This is only with respect to the poor infrastructure and maintenance of the Mepz place for years. Feels like a dungeon with rats running around at night. SDF building is decent. Luckily its shifted now to TRIL.

Old building opposite to cognizant technologies. Interiors of the building is good but exterior is very average. This building is built for hospital and then provided for IT company. Formerly its called as Computer Sciences Corporation. After merged with HP its called as DXC. I had good learning here. Two separate campus are here. Gym, parking, food court, atm, transport for employees and all the usual IT companies provided facilities are here. Its situated around hills. Nice place to work.

They called for an interview for 10Am but it was good they started at 10 45 but the technical round was the very worst of all the interviews I have faced.They have conducted technical round for 1hour+ and finally they told me that you are good in other technology but we need only Angular js skill.If they thought that my profile is not matching why they have wasted my whole day.And for that interview I have travelled more than 1.5 hours and walked 2 km to reach there.Very worst experience in this interview and very bad day . wasted whole day in my life.Thank you Archie and richie

Can somebody provide DXC Technology Mepz Reception contact number ? The existing contact number is not working. The contact number provided here is not working and no email id in their website. I submitted the form in their website 3 days back. no reponse to that. can somebody update dxc technology hrs contact numbers or reception contact number in google and their website and also ask them to keep a company helpdesk number and email id in their website or atleast ask them to check the forms submitted in their websites to avoid inconvinience to people. without any means of contact people are struggling to reach Dxc mepz. There is no mean communication to people. I just wanna bring this to notice. and also people who saw this, please update hrs or somebody in company to update their contact number and email id in their websites and in google.

Advice to the management: This section has nothing to do with these DXC guys, there were n no of survey on employee satisfaction and all of them carry bad outcomes but DXC has never taken a step in resolving this, CO MD in every town-hall always says that we are working on the issue areas. These guys never care of about employees especially Indian region; you can check the confession and other pages of CSC and DXC with the sarcastic comments from the employees. I know none of anyone from DXC going to look into this but anyhow for my satisfaction and welfare of my fellow employee mates – Dear DXC please ensure that your employees are happy first then you can worry about digitalization, multiplying and thriving the change for the customers because it is us who are going to bring the money to you, so show some respect to our feelings because even now it is not too late. I never lose my patience very easily but whenever CO MD speaks in town-hall with a fake smile and fake promises I go really mad; so dear leadership team including CEO and VP HR stop sending some blether communications and false promises in town hall we all know what’s really happening behind.We employees are the greatest asset. Then why do you treat us poorly? Any strategy or business plan relies on motivated and engaged people to make it happen. If you dont show appreciation to those that deserve it, theyll learn to stop doing the things you appreciate. If DXC treated people poorly, they aren’t going to put the same level of effort into what they do. When you have a bunch of employees who refuse to go the extra mile to help a customer or to help the business grow, your company is in trouble. Worse, they will tell others about their experience. If a company seems to have trouble hiring good personnel, it may be time to evaluate how employees are treated after the hire. Research says that 78 percent of workers said they would work harder if their efforts were better recognized and appreciated. Authenticity, respect and being a people builder gets noticed and respected by employees. Dont take your employees for granted. No one likes to feel undervalued. Companies should always look to reward employees who put in the effort and deliver results. However, this must come from a root of authenticity otherwise employees wont buy into anything you do. It starts with treating employees well. Sometimes its the little things you do that count the most. Always acknowledge employees efforts and contributions openly. Let us know how much you value us. People work for money but go the extra mile for praise, recognition and rewards” -Dale Carnegie. We employees know your customers best. We use your internal tools and systems every day. We have the answers on how to improve customer service and your products. We have the solutions on how to improve systems which can save money by driving efficiencies. Rewards, recognition, appreciation goes a long way to keep people engaged and productive. DXC always put customers first while employees are just secondary. Employees are the branches of a tree that makes a company grow. In order to remain strong in an industry, employees have to be kept happy. If you want to get the best out of your employees - Treat them. Demonstrate that you value people and they in turn, will take care of customers.

Within the City limits in Tambaram with easy access from Rail & bus. Away from chaotic city traffic. Unlike typical IT campus this company is housed in a peaceful environment in an old building surrounded by lots of trees, behind a hill with nature.

Infrastructure and building is below average. Very difficult to find entrance of the office. They have converted hospital to IT company. Inside the office it’s not like proper IT company. Building are looking very old in outside. Previously it’s named as company CSC . In mepz you can still see some direction board as CSC. But outside atmosphere is green due to more trees.

Went for interview.. very poor and old structured building. HRs are not capable to handle even 50 ppl for interview. They keep us waited upto evening for 1st round..

Its good IT company but there allowance inside. From mepz main 3.5 km. If u came cab they allow inside by toll amount 20/- autos r not allowed. I suggest to renovate same part of the building. Its very old sturcural and its central government property... Its eco friendly place to work in mepz

Its very far. The building is little confusing. The place which looks like entrance is back entrance and the front entrance is at back.

Its in access with MEPS, Thambaram. Chennai. Hot of the town and with easy access with a famous Railway station.
