DO NOT GO! NOT PROFESSIONAL!Instead of giving them for the service of your laptop, you could have it in the repaired condition at least you will get to save money. Unfortunately, the service person is good but the owner scams SO MUCH. They not only over cost everything but triples up the amount for each and every spare part and service. Absolutely manner less, rude, needless to say. I really dont know how they survived so many years with such customer service. I would rate the the NUMBER 01 SCAM LAPTOP SERVICE CENTER with no ethics.I gave my laptop for a cooling fan issue. They didnt give me a quotation before starting the work. For refurbishing one fan they charges 3300 rupees, which would normally cost from 700 - 1000 for a new one. They have also corrupted my OS while repairing. For changing the OS, which was corrupted by them, they charged me extra 1000 rupees. For which we had to fight to get the job done. We fought for not paying them for the OS which was their mistake. The owner and the receptionist were rude with their words. Dont expect them to treat you with respect.

Very proactive service provided. I had lost tons of my data and the experienced engineers gave a quick resolution and retrieved all my data in short span of time. I had a presentation lost, and had requested for a urgent service. They acknowledged the urgency and provided service and charged nominal price.I recommend Core Computers for reliable service.Extremely satisfied and happy!

Worst ever service center. He speaks lot but nothing in action. Given my CPU twice but still its not working properly. He is getting money only not delivering on time as well.. Dont go this place. Worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst and lot of curse to the owner🥵

Poor Customer Service and bad handling.DO NOT GIVE YOUR LAPTOP FOR SERVICE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT BACK DAMAGED.Gave my laptop for service a few weeks back. I had a screen white light bleeding problem. I was informed that I would get a call on the price quote the following day but no response or intimation regarding staying for over 4 days. I had to keep calling everyday and finally asked them to return it after I was fed up.On receiving it, the laptop lids back panel was broken,my keyboard was damaged(circuit was showing and entire board was out) and the screen was yellow (They had damaged my graphic card apparently, I found out once I gave for service elsewhere).I have attached pictures where the problems are clearly seen (No picture for keyboard as I got it fixed soon after).

They get the job done, however pricing and customer handling is highly unprofessional.They simply expect us to hand over whatever they charge without demanding a breakdown of amounts. If at all we insist on a detailed breakdown of charges, they snap and ask us to find a different service provider the next time. Am unsure how this level of audacity will help a business.They can definitely work on their customer satisfaction area along with the technical expertise.

Poor engineers and worst customer handling. Once asked can I get a 64bit processor and motherboard, they replied saying 64bit is based on os only not the chip...says all you need to know about them.They format your system for no reason whatsoever and give you a backup but then wholl install all the programs again ??Very bad service centre, please stay away. YouTube help is better than going here.

I too visited once this core computers to repair my crt monitor. They said they do charge for service ₹250 and based on the problem or any damage again we have to bear that device product cost. Based on that it may go uoto 1000 rupees or more. I thought to not to repair and brtter to buy another one.

Very very poor service. They dont treat customers with any respect. Old age Gentleman at the reception yells at customer when asked for any query or suggestions. They behave as if they are only people in the business. Though they located very close to my residence , I made resolution not to ever visit them again.
