Not recommended. Very poor unprofessional service. I have given my tab for repair months ago and have been trying to contact this person multiple times without any response. No basic courtesy to call back from them to update or apologize for their undue delay. Not sure if I will get any reply or get my tab back!. Still waiting....

Very unprofessional service. I purchased a router from this company more than one month back, and the executive delivered the product without a bill and even demanded service charges. I was promised that the bill would be delivered next day, but despite multiple follow-ups they have not given the bill for a product that has 3 years warranty. Now they are not even responding to calls/messages. They are probably not genuine guys and may have sold me a duplicate product. I am taking this up with consumer forum and suggest everyone to stay away from such cheats like Computronix.

My Lenovo Thinkpad that is more than a decade old with data and original licensed Office 2016 and other important Microsoft & multiple software other essential Licensed S/W Like Techsmith SnagIt Zoiper VOIP. Unfortunately, my laptop that was charging fell on the floor leading to breakage of the Power socket attached to charger on the motherboard. of my laptop. I would be glad about the fact that immediately the Computer Guru/Geek suggested that he will try his levels best to rectify the same. He also mentioned about doorstep pickup & provided an instant estimate and an estimated date of pickup which was a day when he promised to drop it off. I am an Ex Brigadier General of the US Paramilitary and the laptop was bought at Lenovo online for $3,500 with state of the art cutting edge technology of those days. I have been approaching multiple H/W vendor to repair the same for close to 6 months but NONE of them were able to service the Laptop an Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon. But I am extremely grateful to Computronix for their response to rectify the same within 4 hours and would not perform any service if the cost exceeded the estimate but would confirm first if it is ok to exceed the cost. As promised, the estimate was Rs. 1,600 and the repair was carried out within budget and on-time and delivered as mentioned. Before taking the Laptop the Computer specialist opened my laptop professional handed me an dry erase marker and asked me to sign on the mother board, WiFi receiver, Cooling Fan, SSD Hard drive,Touch Screen, In-built mouse pad CPU to prevent Piracy or intentional replacement or removal of genuine Lenovo H/W parts .Murali S. They collected the laptop on thursday for the replacement of the screen and hard disk along with data recovery, they said that they will deliver it on Friday but when I called on Friday they said they will give on saturday before 12 pm, when called at 12 pm they said they will give at evening , when called during evening they said they are on the way to deliver it ..... 1 hour passed and when i called again they refused to pick the call ... But Laptop was finally delivered after that .... Please try to keep up with the timings ..They have also Installed OS windows 10 pro !!... So other than the timings delay, the service and door pick up / delivery were really good ...Edit review: Reduced 2 stars. Windows OS expired after 6 months, which means that the OS is not genuine. New hard disk was having lot of problems. Also the nvidia graphic card was nowhere to be found in the laptop.
