Best part is my canteen and pantry.Food I like the most ....here food at low cost subsidy bared by company and pantry is equipped with different coffee and tea machines. Branded mineral water will be maintained. Apart from office work they provide cab to pick up and to drop.Party culture I have seen here and nice workspace with best software to take care of employees.Friendly dressing style and no uniform culture like few companies.Best part of my life......

Good and safe place

Dont go for interview there. Its time waste. They dont even allow you to park your vehicle. Cheap company. They chicken feeding the candidates. Even other small companies would pay you more than that. Dont go and waste your time and energy.

Training in technology like ML AI AND Bigdata are given to freshers only.After 10+ years one have to be careful choosing projects where less opportunities are provided when they have enough resource on bench. And sometimes they fire the skilled ones too.

Very good , as this is my first Corporate company.It is the only CTS office which is located inside City.Alwarpet-Chennai.Bike parking is bit smaller.So that interview candidates should park there vehicles outside the campus or Building.For the employee who work here they have a good bike parking and a car parking.Now they have extended bike parking for the employees,All the best for the Interview candidates.

They called and scheduled interview. On arrival they informed interview going for different process.They must have a clear communication between their consultancy. Asked to come at 11.00 am. Started at 12.30 pm.

Good services parveen

Came for the interview at 10 in the morning and left only at 6. No proper interview rounds. They would make you wait for a longer time. What’s the point in keeping interviews on weekends when there is no enough process managers to conduct interview. No proper place for parking your vehicle 🚗. Inspite of campus being very big and spacious for parking but still the security will tell you to go out and park vehicle on the road. Cafeteria will be open but only the HR and managers are allowed. No shops are within 500mts of the campus. If they call you for interview then it is better to pack your lunch and go.

If there is any option to give zero I would have given, such a terrible experience with the people who are conducting interviews at alwarpet, Chennai, they dont even have common sense and humanity. They only had an attitude and will treat people like we are nothing, completely waste of time and money, being such a big organization I was really surprised how a company is having such a worst attitude people, worst hospitality worst attitude worst... Worst...... And after spending( wasting) hours of time when got rejected I just tried to get the feedback from them for what reason I got rejected and if I am not fit for it means why they asked me to wait for that much longer time.., , they just simply said that you are rejected thats it.... Nothing else... And more than that they are not ready to a word extra...

Went for an interview in cognizant technology solutions which is located in alwarpet. Good place to work but they are taking lot of time for one round of interview process. I didnt eat my lunch the full day. Very bad interview experience😥

Best location. Usually CTS recruitment process will be done in this building for support services both (BPO&KPO). Very nice and calm place for working.car parking available here but it’s too dark, Need more lighting in the basement. Aswome place for learn the new technologies.

CTS is Good. But certain culprits are there who making the name to get spoiled. I went there for interview couple of days back. There is person from HR Dept with the name of PAWAN. He is so rude and dont have basic idea about to handle candidate. The way he treated and spoke to me was unprofessional. HR Should know how to handle candidates during the interview and he should understand the importance of his position. My humble request to the team is to send out this guy from HR Dept. HR should Be polite and pleasant. That only help candidates to comfort during interview. Because of these HR people u may need to lose good quality people. He is influencing his position and the brand name of CTS to dominate everyone. He should be friendly instead of dominant...If you think about this might be wrong complaint, then please take a survey about your HR. HR is always important person to the company. He should decide the good and bad about company. My advice to pawan not to behave so rude. dont think we are dogs and you are a boss. You are also an employee like us. you are not a CEO to CTS

Very nice and calm place for working. As an employee I found it difficult to work from lobby as there is no WiFi at that layer. Too dark in basement parking anything can happen. Need more lighting.

Office situated near rain tree hotel. Infrastructure is ok. There is lot of parking space available but for the people who come for interview should leave their bikes outside the premises. Interview process is very worse they will take whole day for two rounds HR and Manager. Food is very costly three chapathi 46 rupees. In interview process the people who came early they should interview first but here the people who came late they had the 2nd round first and the people who came early were sitting about 8hours for just 2 rounds. Need to improve their interview process for HRs no proper co ordination.

CTS call center and regional office located on elite locality office is well maintained. 3 stars for poor parking facility for the guests or vendors where they have to park their vehicles on the platform

Company was good but for accounting process it is rotational shifts and week off.Salary is 9000-10000.

The area located and the infrastructure cant be blamed, only thing is the poor respect given by the security. For someone new, they treat them like a trash, not even allowed to park their vehicles within the premises.

Went there for an interview.It is located in Alwarpet,Chennai.The premises in which company having their operation center is Menon Eternity building.Quit a nice place and located in posh area.Place was clean.No parking facility for visitors.Not so crowded.Canteen which is located on 7th floor is small but clean.Not sure what they have to offer in canteen.

Everybody has complaint about CTS recruitment cell, they do take interview for time pass, I have also filled the registration in CTS portal with ID,Password what they sent me through mail since 4 months no offer released

I attended the interview in this location,the place is quite professional and organized,but the HR was quite angry on candidates on their initial behaviour.The candidates would be new to this experience,he/she should make them understand and guide them instead,she was giving angry expressions on her face.Overall not satisfied.

Very worst company to attend interview, I went there at 10 am,i exit at 6.30 PM,even front desk security treating us as a dogs,they are wasting our time,telephonic interview took only 2 min but I waited there for 5 hours,very worst interview process I have ever seen.
