I took my AirPods Pro here for service as one of the the piece was not connecting , the warranty of it had just expired. The service centre told me it had to be replaced as there is a hardware issue and would cost around 9k. But didn’t want to spend that money so I came back. But after few days it started working. If I had opted to service it I would have lost 9k. Be aware of such things. It may or may not have been a mistake, only they know.

They hardly know as to what they are doing. My dad was here and he was made to wait for more than an hour with no resolution. Will never ever visit this place…If you want to have your iPhone serviced, try booking an appointment online via Apple website and opt for Imagine or other stores who are real professionals.

Very bad customer service. Despite my product being under warranty they are trying to find reasons to avoid servicing. For complaints which cant be avoided they are stating that all the product has the same problem and if you want clarification contact Apple directly. I hope that premium service providers should act as representatives of the Apple company and not has some normal service center. We purchase apple products with the belief that we would have premium service and customer support but i feel both is missing. I strongly feel that if these kind of service continues slowly Apple will start losing its brand value and customer base. Kindly address these kinds of reviews if you really a want to keep up your brand name. Thanks.

Worst experience ever with the conquer. Actually I visited Hyderabad store before and i get good support and service from them. So due to distance I have to travel for my Mac to getting repaired I choose Chennai store. I explained them the issue with my Mac. My Mac is getting started even my charging light is not showing up. I lost two screws of it and I put the alternative ones with the local service guy. By seeing it he is telling me that you have to change the entire board. What is this? And that too in a very bad tone like that I have committed a murder. First you have to take the device and check it thoroughly what the issue is. Why without giving any glance to the device he is telling me that. And I asked him first diagnose the device and then tell me. I think with that he is very disappointed. Hesitatingly he taken the device and given it inside. After a long wait for diagnosis like 1 and half our and that too I am almost the first customer to visit the store. Then he again came up with the same old song you have to change the entire board. I think this the only service they are doing their, changing board. I think they should mention it in the name like changing board service not conquer. For that they charged me 1500 rs. And with that I lost all my hope on the device. So I asked him atleast help me with recovering the data. He told it is not possible to remove the SSD your entire data is gone. I read in apple forums for latest models they soldered it in the board but luckily not for my model. But he is not all interested in checking at least what my model is. If that is the case if I accepted for changing the board then how will get my data. For changing the board data will be there. For not changing data will be lost.This is showing the intensity of their greed.Finally I asked for changing the two screws he mentioned you have to change the entire set. I think he is a robot whose mind is programmed with a dialog change the entire set other than that he does nt have any other dialog.So out of curiosity I asked for the price of screws set you wont believe me guys he told me 3000 rupees. How can set of 10 screws cost 3000 rupees. And in case if that is true then it is a complete exploitation of people money by showing Apple brand. Even apple should watch the functioning of service providers how they providing service to the customers. By trusting the quality of apple we are buying the products. But if problem comes where is the genuine service. These guys are looting peoples hard earned money by putting Apple logo in front of them.Finally guys if you want a service provider dont ever dare to visit these guys unless you are the Rajinikanth in Arunachalam Who is on a mission to spend the money of his father.

Liees ... Lies and deceit . If you truly love your apple products dont give it to this service center . I have a Iphone 10 or X model. My battery was below 80% and required replacement. 3 things we could change in iphone are battery display and camera. I gave it for service , the technician damages the screw thread while trying to remove the battery. I have never ever done any serviced this iPhone X . The service advisor comes out lies that screw they are unable to open this could be due to rust or may be serviced outside. I take the device to 2 other service centers to get checked. Both service centers inspected and confirmed the screw head has been damaged by Conquer . I raise the issue with apple the service center confirms to Apple they only Inspected the phone and did not try to remove the screw.Some one from Conquer technologies please help me . I have never ever given this phone for service outside . Conquer Technologies’s charge 9000 rupees for battery replacement while at Aptronix VR Mall ASC it is 5000 rupees. Third party providers are much Cheaper at 4800 INR . Even though i agreed i really didn’t expect the service advisor to damage screw head . They lied both to me and APPLE support that they only inspected while to me in writing they gave they tried to remove screws.Its a matter of honesty and ethics that i pursue this in social media so that all Apple buyers are aware where they should not go when they service their product

It’s the worst place where you could go. They aren’t that experienced and also couldn’t identify the problem. My phone had a problem and they asked me to change the display which cost approximately 15k. But that wasn’t the problem there. It was just a software problem. Which could be solved very simple. Imagine ampa solved the problem within a hour. Soo don’t trust this store. Also poor customer service.

Hi, Before going to Conquer, i have checked with all Apple service provider for Iphone 7 Plus Battery replacement. Got Quote of 6K, 7K, 3.5K+ Tax + Fixing cost and i got cheapest quote from conquer and it was 3.5K NET which including Tax & All along with 90 days warranty, few service provide even asked to come directly for final quote which is approx 5.5K.Till now I have only Pros( Will update if i have any con during warranty period),1. Price of the replacement product2. Customer care ( I connected with Sanjay over call for quote as well as he is the go to person, in person too, he was cool and Techie guy)3. Waiting Time( Please get a appointment before going or give a call before visit), Max will be 1 hour.4. Zero Down Time. Promised 7 to 10 days for battery arrival, but within 2 day i got a call as they got battery and ready for replacement)5. Got replacement within 45 minutes but they asked for 2 hours as safe time.6. Quality of the work was really good, given 90 days warranty( Will update if any issue)7. Before replacement, Sanjay came and politely told screen guard will be removed, i agree that they need to remove to open the phone, that level of customer interaction they have.8. They have parking in front of the building and nearby for both car(Paid) and bike.

Today I visited this so called Premium Service Center (Huh!) to service my Apple earPods which had trouble on the Left earpod. The Service Enggr who met me asked what was the issue for which I explained it in detail & the immediate response that I got from this person is to go for a replacement without even looking physically looking at the device. Really surprised that a Premium Service Center doesnt serve the customers the way it should befitting their title Premium Service Center.

These guys know only to change motherboard, not repair them. Theyll recommend it even before checking the problem. I was quoted Rs. 56,000 for motherboard on my MacBook Pro initially but after checking they asked Rs. 66,000 because Touch ID also had to be replaced.I have no idea why Apple has made them Premium Authorized Service Provider. It is basically a replacement parts selling shop for Apple. I dont recommend going here.

I visited this store just today morning to resolve a minor issue in my brand new iPhone SE 2020. The issue was that the sim tray was mildly damaged and I was unable to open it. This person came out to attend to my issue and we explained. He barely took a look at it for a second and said nothing can be done about it, it is tampered and cant be fixed- no explanation, alternative solution or help of any kind. I took it to a nearby local mobile service centre and it took them barely two seconds to resolve the issue.Imagine spending a fortune on getting a iPhone and customer service is as pathetic as this? Very disappointing.

One of the worst service centre you can find in chennai, I took my iPhone SE for service it was not switching on, I gave it to him he said your iPhone motherboard is gone it’s waste and of no use then I took my iPhone to i planet Valasaravakkam they said your phone does not have any issue It’s just because of battery got totally drained It needed regeneration that’s it and fixed it in 40 min. but the service advisor only speaks with woman other than that he is off no use don’t go here go to good service centre.

I don’t know how apple made them as their authorized service center coz they don’t even have proper response even unauthorized service centers have better customer service than them. I gave my phone in for repair as they they charging didnt work, they took it inside and down something and gave it back. It worked for a few days until it COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN AND DIDNT WORK. I dont know when apple resellers here are going to stop fraudulent activities.

Extremely worst service center experience, I have ever seen, They man handled me with the root of Racism. I went for my iphone 11 , 6 days old, which had a heating issue. I was asking few doubts regarding the heating issue and they neglected my concern , finally when they couldnt answer a particular question from me. He said me , that he will certify to the apple that, there is no issue with my device and I cant get replacement else where. When it was kind of threatening, I asked why was it . immediately the guy in the service center called another person and they spoke some thing in Telugu. finally they man handled me and pushed me out of the showroom. They are so racial towards the people, Apple should look un to this as they are spreading the root of racism and end of the day, they man handle the people with some rogues there. The bald guy with beard in the service center is the trigger here and doesnt have any professional ethics or manner pollutes the entire harmony. Apple India please consider this seriously .....

Very Very worst experience.Please dont fall into them. They hold your money for in their bank account and earn interest out of it. This is want happens. They ask you to pay advance money you even before they open the equipment. And when you asked for balance money, they wont give you immediately and they drag you by giving you fake reasons.They cheat people by providing falls hope and service. One of the authorized service center for apple in Chennai. Went there for a Mac book pro keyboard issue. Small waiting lounge, 3 counters to accept the devices. Mine was a popped keyboard so was out of warranty service costed me a 30k.Service could improve, as I had to contact the service agent to get the update on the service and parts availability.But the work was done and MacBook Pro back in action

Excellent Customer service, there was an issue with my Mac book screen,I thought its gonna cost too much, but when I showed to the service executive he explained it was respirable and spoke with concerned guys and replaced the screen at a very reasonable price and I am happy with the performance now. Typical Indian customer service.Went to get the battery replaced on my iPhone. I was told the battery will arrive in a week. I had to pay the money upfront, which is never good.10 days later, there was no call from them. When I called, I was told the shipment is on the way, it should be delivered today or tomorrow and that I should expect a call soon.3 days later, there was no call from them. When I called, I was told the shipment is almost here, it should be delivered within 30mins(!) or so. The lady said I can come right away as she is 100% sure the battery will be delivered by the time I reach their store. It sounded like the battery was already delivered. They didnt want to admit they forgot to call or didnt care enough to call the customer.

I visited the place to get my laptop repaired. The technician was a young guy who answered my question. Semi/Automated bill process where you get intimation by SMS. Though the issue did not get resolved - overall a good customer experience. The seating area where we handover laptop can be increased for more comfort.

Not able to listen and understand what the customer explains...they assume things and work as per their pattern of troubleshoting logic...Then whats the point of asking with the customer what is wrong..why can they just figure out whats wrong themselves and work accordingly.......My experience was very bad and impolite in certain circumstances ....I am moving on to a different apple service center hoping they can hear me out and help me with what I think is the problem ......

Service Engineers are not technically sound..I had a bad experience..My IPhone 6 was not working and went to service centre to fix this power problem..But engineer said we are not able fix this problem..they suggested me to pay 23100 rupees so that they can replace it with a new one..but current cost of my Iphone is reduced to 38000 and asked for some alternate way to fix this problem..but they clearly said there is no alternative just replace it with new one...Then I got my iPhone from them..I was very disappointed on my iPhone..Later..I went to local apple service centre where they fixed my problem in one day..Now its working fine..They should have good service engineers to fix the problem
