Worst recruitment team, They call you for opening and talk in a way which u cant understand. Its not about their accent, They talk inaudibly and in rush and make you feel really uncomfortable. This happened twice and second time Ive given the taste of their own medicine and rejected both interview proposals.

In IIFL Tower, 2nd floor.. environment is very poor and Poor interview process.. they called me for written test and coding test then F2F but they started with face to face interview and second round also a face to face interview almost same question was asked in both rounds. In second round, the questions are very typical java and it is not related to project. He asked unwanted questions but I answered almost 80% and finally is said ok with my profile but I did not get any call. Dont go.. it is waste of time..

I have no idea about this company but once You get selected you have to pay 50 k for training.

An OK Company. Its located in Perungudi in IIFL building. There I went for a Senior Android Developer Interview the interview questions are quite easy. Ambience and the work culture over there looks very normal. And its not a suitable company if you are looking for a company like MNC. Overall its just an OK company, nothing more than that.

Amazing company. I started my career here and worked from oct2013 to feb2020 (6+ years). In Ameex i had very good expereince becuase of which it kept me going for 6 long years. Great work culture where you have work life balance. I will Strongly recommend if you are looking Ameex as your next employer.

I was called for a F2F discussion by the company. I thought, the people interviewing would be having some technical knowledge. The interview took 50 mins and Im sure, i answered 90% correctly. I clearly said in the beginning itself that I dont have experience in the technology ( MVC ). They still continued the interview and yes i did well and was sure I would be in. They said me to leave saying that Ill get a call from the HR. It was 2 other girls who competed with me for the role. Im sure they would have been hired, because they had 3 months experience in the technology. My question is why do you call me and reject me for no reason? After 3 days, i mailed the HR, and he replied saying I failed in L1 technical. When you are conducting an interview, you must have some knowledge on the subject. The HRs couldnt even communicate properly that the interview was conducted in Tamil after 15 mins. The HR was googling the questions and wanted me to answer the same that is on google. Example : - what is an object?I explained him with a real time example [dog object - state, Behaviour] . I felt like explaining Cooking to a plumber. The 2 star is for the environment and for the Main HR who called me. He was genuine and professional.

One of the worst technical interview experience I had gained there. They give a fault computer for the online test it was hanged and timer goes up. So that I cant able to attend all the questions. I asked for the alternate test to me for this issue. But they didnt bother about it and they stay simple and irresponsible.

Worst interviewing process, without camera cant make online interview, The website is not accessing the mobile camera also, first fix the bug in the application, Then will process the interview.Even if not getting any response from HR management regarding my mail.

Truly saying there is too much of partiality and they will make u wait for like a day and wont recruit u if ur not tooooo good trust me they like 5-6 round which is not worth enough they thing and in last they will kick u out by saying sry and ask u too try again.
