We had a bad experience on purchasing mac-book pro for around 90K, which didnt even serve the purpose for at least 6 months. kept shutting down often and lines started appearing on the screen. For repairing the same it took more than a month for them. After the fixing also it kept troubling more, the display still had many vertical lines, for which they charged us 8K(waste of money and time). He had promised us that he would support for any repair and claims which he ultimately failed. And As we cant able to use it, we finally sold it today for 35k and the loss is 60K. Dont give a promise for a defected product if you cant stand on them. Poor Experience :( Dont ever go to them for purchasing or repairing apple products.

Chennais 1st laptop service shop!The service method is very cordial... 18 years+ of repair experience... I highly recommend this place for laptop or mobile... They have over 1 Lakh+ laptop databases to help repair... There is almost nothing that they cant give a solution to...

They talk nice. Service is very poor. I had to get my laptop repaired elsewhere as ABM had totally goofed up the mother board for which they charged a great price. The battery they replaced was of very poor quality. Totally not working in about 2 months. Gave the battery back for replacement and waiting since 45 days. They have not replaced nor do they update on status. Their service and after service quality is VERY BAD.

I had a problem in my Machine. The way in which they have dealt is excellent. These people are highly systematic. They communicate through email about the progress of the service. Overall they have commitment and sincerity and highly responsible of their job.

Made a mistake of giving my 40,000/- worth tablet for service to these people. (Since it is imported and no India warranty). At first I was surprised and happy that the OS problem was fixed at a somewhat reasonable charge but after few days of usage, the speaker sounds absolutely garbage. Upon approaching them again, I am being sent an invoice for a high charge. As someone has rightly said below, they make sure that probably the 1st time you visit them - the problem is fixed BUT hack something within your device such that you are forced to come back to them to get a 2nd service done at a very high cost. Building reputation / relationship with the customer at first and then robbing the money, surviving just with the innocence of first time customers.

My experience with them has been Disastrous, whenever i have gone to fix a product (laptop and phone), they will promise to deliver, but they will also introduce some bugs with the fix such that you have to reach out to them again. Please think thousand times before reaching out to them for the fixes. Would never recommend to any friend of mine. I would rate them negative, but google is not allowing me to do so.

Initial good experience has been changed by these people by lying. Be aware when you give your laptop or phone as they overcharge and also lie about the actually fault in the machine / device and charge you heavily for it.

A friend of me told this ABM service center, so the first time i went there and still i am going... the service is indeed okay...but for me what i want to say is the employee who really has the patience to explains all the doubts the customers have and really try the best they can for the customers i really admired they hard working and the affords they give....iii start recommend to my friends...

First of all they are not responding calls. Their customer care number is wrong. i feel they are very poor in handling customers.

My association with ABM is almost 7 years old. They are the best laptop service providers in Chennai IMO. Im completely satisfied with their service.

I had a problem with my Macbook Pro. The display went out because there was a short in the motherboard. I went to 2 authorized Apple centers both of which said it would cost Rs. 26000 to fix the issue (by replacing the display). Because of this exorbitant amount, I was considering buying a new laptop when I heard of ABM Infotech. I went to their office in Triplicane and they recircuited the motherboard for Rs.3750 within a week. I also found their service to be clear and well-organized.

Only good thing is they will give the quotation first after inspecting ur laptop but I feel its little pricy
