The place is accessible with help of Google maps.They have a separate car park which can hold upto approximately 20-25 cars.The ground floor is for dining and first floor has the main hall. The hall as such is looking good with it conditioning.The wedding stage has exhaust fan on the ceiling for all the smoke to be pushed out.There are around 15 rooms in the mandabam. Most of the rooms are on the back side which is accessible from the first floor hall. All the rooms are air conditioned. The rooms are small and most of them have western closet in the attached restrooms. Two rooms have a restroom outside but just close to it.Its a good hall for less crowded functions.

Management peoples behavior not good. They are switch off the lights and AC while function on process without intimate. We are so disappointed while reception. Keep on irritating and they speak louder with client. No Politeness.

Big marriage hall which can accommodate 4000-500 people. Car parking land is two building away from this marriage hall.Located inside residential area, when there are too much of vehicles it creates traffic since it’s street.Dining hall is situated in ground floor and main hall is situated at first floor. There are few rooms available for bride and groom as well.No crackers are allowed outside of marriage hall since it’s located inside residential area.

Suitable for performing 60th or 80th Birthday Shashtiapta poorti and Sadhabhishekam and small funtions also.The Hall is in Ground-floor and the. Dining hall is at First floor. Lift is also available for Old age people and physically challenged people.Nice place.

This is a convenient place for conducting marriage and other functions. It is situated on Valmiki street, East Tambaram. The function hall is of moderate capacity with adequate rooms for staying. It is fully air-conditioned. Parking space for vehicles is not much. The streets leading to the place are not good and vehicles have to be driven carefully to avoid bumps and pits.

The place where I live. Economic Hall with 500 seating capacity. This Hall is open for all events such as marriages, receptions, mega sales, promotions etc. It has a good parking facility as well. If you plan for a decent event, go for it. If you plan for a grand event, ignore this.

The park is in a very good location. There are trees surrounding it. Can spend some wonderful time with our kids there.But the park is not maintained properly. A lot of equipments are broken and is not safe for kids.

Mandabam is well located and very near from railway station. Marriage Hall is very clean and well maintained by management. Marriage hall has a separate huge place for car parking.And everything comes under a very minimal pakage. :)

Not in the main road, so, no problem with traffic. If the marriage contactor has good plan, a lot could be accommodated. In the marriage that I went, they were able to host - bouncing Castle, balloon shooting and pop corn and cotton candy stall in the ground floor outside, Chaat corner on the verandah in the first floor, buffet outside and sit and eat inside in the ground floor. So, yeah, great for medium sized marriages!!
