Nice place for small gatherings like bday party ,baby shower, meeting and others..even we can do reception for 200-250 people..but for dining can only accommodate 75 people at a time..lift facility also available so it will be easy for old people to come upstairs..

The first thing is Approach of the manager is very very good!!!The hall is very decent to occupy 200 to 270 ppls.The entrance need to be modify.The rooms are very clean and spacious.The workers are maintaining friendly approach.All comes together, it made great memories from the hall!!!

Athreya Mini hall is very convenient for small functions and gatherings of about 100 people. The main hall (1st floor) has AC and a separate dining hall (2nd floor) with lift facility for senior citizens. There is one rest room (toilet) at one end in the main function hall and in the ground floor there are few rest rooms (toilet). Overall the maintenance is good and the ambience is good.Thanks to the management of Athreya Mini Hall and wishing them to keep continuing the quality of cleanliness.Regards.

Nice place to conduct functions for small group 50-60pax

It is very difficult for senior citizens, even though they have lift which is very small. Staff service not good

Parking is a big problem. Hall is located in very small street ,so we cant park our vehicle even by road side. Hall can accommodate 100+ people and dining hall also big enough to serve 70+ people at a time. Suitable for small functions.

Athreyaa Hall is best for accommodate 100+ people, its situated in Thiruvallur street which is a narrow one and the parking slot is behind the building( Selva Vinayagar street) , so who ever needs to park their car, advised to take Selva Vinayagar street to reach the parking slot.Hall is in second floor and the dinning hall is in third floor which are fully air conditioned. I notice one common toilet in the second floor . In ground floor we have SBI bank and ATM and we need to take narrow side way to reach the stairs and lift which behind the bank block and its kind of hard to bring bigger items through that side way.

Facilities are being done, to improve the overall setup. It has A/c, blinds and curtains, exhaust ventilation fans. Keeping a watch man would be advisable, as banks , atms and this hall are all together. Parking is available on the backside of the hall. Lift is available. If watch man is kept , then in / out timings can be managed without disturbing the owners. Else disturbing them can be caused unintentionally too, due to various reasons. Overall a nice place to get your family functions done.

They have improved tremendously..the hall is fully air conditioned ..the owner stays in the adjacent house..Neatly arranged and good quality chairs..the only problem is car parking..if they sort that out..no stopping them in Perungalathur.
