Worst customer care services.no use of warranty denied to get my projector replaced or repaired even under warranty period. The charges of the parts are even more than the cost of the projector.The projector costs 30000 and the new parts costs Rs 41000 which is unbelievable.Not satisfied with the services enen during warranty period.

Very bad service .We Currently have Plotter Model no. SC-T3130N, and from last 4 months we are trying to get Cartridges, but till now nobody having Epson cartridges in Indore. even service center has denied to provide the same
