I bought Heidelberg Ksba cylinder 40×57 machine recently from this seller. I trusted the words of the seller as the machine is in very good working condition. But once I operated the machine it was a very horrible experience as the main gears inside the machine found broken and now I kept the machine ideal which creates huge loss for my business, as it could not be fixed. And seller doesnt even bother to respond properly via calls and his approach was really bad after sales

My friend purchased Heidelberg ksba cylinder machine.. After a week found that it was came up with a broken gears and the seller responded withno responsibility since I last more loss coz of the issue. Its terrible worst experience from this seller.. Check your machine completely from this seller compare price from other stake holder and make sure the machine is functional with good condition. Might get to worse situation post a one month though I didnt get any support or communication from the seller when I try get a solution.
