Good teachers but bad management

We have done admission for My daughter who is 2 1/2 yrs old (two and half yrs) at Kavitha Matriculation Higher Secondary School and I have paid the full amount of Rs19, 200/- (term1 3900, Term 2 -2900, School fees &Term fees 9435, book notes sta item 2965) fee.my daughter will not be able to continue in the School for her health issue and age not fit of LKG as per doctor advice. we approached for refund of excess they collected term fees of 6800 (term I 3900 and term II 2900 ) . But the principal said once paid we cant refund the fee as per rule , I dont know then how they allowed my daughter for admission - LKG ,bcoz her age was not completed - 3 year.They benefit purpose breaking the rules of PRE KG age students allowing to LKG for PRE KG not available of the school. Requesting refund the said rules they following strictly.Ref My Daughter name – Sai jai shree PStandard – LKG ANAge – 2years 1/2 yearAdmin no – 3183
