Visited on 23.08.2021There was a lady at the entrance who is supposed to handle and direct all patients to registration.She is very rude and was very authoritative.Hospital from a great founder like AC Shanmugam sir are expected to be more courteous.The single employee spoiled the whole atmosphere just at the entrance.Will never visit again , government hospitals are far better.

Gynaecologists are handling patients poorly here. Need more experienced doctors. During Corona times, they are asking to check in other hospitals even during emergency. During the nineth month they asked me to come for check up only once in 15 days, I lost my first baby here as it was died on first week of 9th month. Very worst hospital. Not to depend only on this poor inefficient hospital. if you consult here for saving your money, It may costs you to lose your loved ones life. Better find some good hospital in city. Also most of the nurses and doctors are corrupted here, expecting bribe.

Normal hospital. But good treatment is needed. They process very slowly. The nurse/trainees need much more skills and must learn how to be patience with the patient. I had Anemia and went for treatment. Lack of hemoglobin in blood means, patient needs blood transfusion. The process was too slow...such that after 3 days only I got blood. Frustrated, I just left the hospital and went to my native for treatment. I would recommend this only if you have less money. This is good for poor people, as they provide free lunch to patients.

The hospital needs much more care for patients. The Management must check or verify the needs of patients and their guests. Atleast through interaction with their inpatients. The canteen needs much more attention to all services.There is no sign board for even water (drinking water).lot of poor and downtrodden patients are coming and taking treatment. ACS must take care of their needs and try to do the BEST SERVICES.
