We were looking at purchasing a Refrigerator and a Washing machine and were met warmly by Hussain who started explaining all the details of the products available in the Refrigerator line up and he showed commendable patience and tried explaining the intrinsic details of the models. Unlike a marketing person who will coax you to buy the product immediately, he wanted us to look at the different options available. We were mesmerized by the knowledge he had on these and even though we wanted to look at other showrooms, we ended up purchasing both of the products from Viveks. We even received a good discount for both of these products. Overall it was because of Hussain, we were able to take a decision and complete our purchase in 2 hours. Thanks Hussain
