Ordered Kanjee maavu from this outlet and it came without any manufacturing date and packed in covers with just label inside. When we called and asked (coz we bought it for our kid) the ppl said it was manufactured just the day before. So when we started using it was just infested with worms which proves that it’s an expired product. Such a worst store. Even after telling them that it has to be given for kid they just said it was manufactured the day before.Never thought Grand sweets would be selling such expired stuff..Never buy anything here.

Today I purchased 1 kg of Kanji maavu for my grandson. To my dismay the packet has no MRP & manufacturing date. When contacted, the counter clerk said that it is fresh only and received the day before. When I asked for the Manager to ensure the freshness of the product the staff said the manager will come the next day. How can we feed an infant with this stuff without knowing the manufacturing date? I have enclosed the photo shot of a 500 gm packet which has a slip having no MRP and Manufacturing date for your view.

Good place to healthy lunch at affordable price. Mini meals, Meals are good. My experience for a month in taking lunch on all week days, I felt healthy.Value for money shop. Since two months now theyve taken money for an online order but not supplying anything. No-one is attending the phone. It seems they are creating a poor image of themselves and becoming unworthy of their hard earned credentials.

Visted this place for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Wasnt crowded. AC was ON. Food was served quick. The pricing for breakfast was pretty nominal and taste was good. This place however lacks maintenance. There were cobwebs on the roof. The glass walls were dirty and stained. The wash on the outside was dirty and stained. I got a feel that the place was not doing enough business and the management was not interested to keep the place running.

Storage is very poor, literally have seen a small cockroach going around in mini gulabjamoon.Better choose the main Grand Sweets, this should be a franchisee..

This brand is known for high quality sweets and snacks. The murukku and thattai are excellent and so are the different thokkus like kothamalli thokku. I also like the podis- paruppu podi, karuveppilai podi etc.The jangiri is more like jalebi so I didnt buy it. Other sweets are good.The store is the same and hasnt been modernised for years. There are tables where you can sit and eat or have coffee.Service is good.

Has gone down severely. Extremely bad quality of sweets and snacks! Very stale! Purchased a few items and had to return them due to poor quality and stale items ! God save this chain which was once upon a time my favourite!.

Fabulous platter of South Indian sweets. Love their athirasam and kai murukku. They also have a good collection of powders and rice mixes. Their puliogare paste mix is awesome.

The cooking is based on northern Indian style , Which never suits me. But other wise , the sweets and snacks are really good. Please try SPECIAL MIXTURE when you go here , its the best.

No doubt on taste it is always maintained delicious. Quality is also good and as usual very expensive also.This time I bought half a kg of Basundhi and it came packed in a normal container which we regularly see in restaurants and had thin flush type lid. I asked for the quarter kg pet container as it will thread lock mechanism which is usually used in Grand Sweets. The staff denied saying this will be good, but what happened is it got spilled in my bag and lost half of the Basundhi in that one kilometer travel, during which I was protecting this pack consciousness . At last I had a very bad experience.Suggestion: Please pack properly, and use right containers for right product. Follow your management orders. Dont be too smart.

I clearly asked for plain curd/yoghurt along with my order and I paid for it specifically, guy making Pani Puri said they dont have plain curd with sugar(which we dont want) manager said they have something inside abd gave me something, despite paying price I got curd with sugar... disappointed

Good place for South Indian snacks, powders with flavor of Tamil Nadu.They have snack items like Bhel Puri, Samoa etc.Cutlery for juices etc are age old and needs a change.Staff cannot converse in any language other than Tamil, that needs to change if they are going to cater to people from all over.

Visited today GSS Chetpet, they dont have much items available for lunch as there is a renovation work going on in the kitchen , I ordered a mini meals which cost ₹105.00 , Food taste was good like other GSS but their air conditioning system is very poor as most of the people came in were complaining about it.
