One of the best in Chennai. Fuel quality is awesome. Customer service is much better than other bunks. Free oil change for car and bike if you buy oil from them. They have a newly renovated cafeteria with coffee, snacks, ice cream, drinks, etc. Really cool. Look shell its expensive, but you get what you pay for. This is the best there is in the market and their cafeteria is a great value addition.

Prompt service. Staff are gentle well mannered. For air filling its free. Its new experience to fill petrol. While filling Bike you have to stand and use centre stand. For car you have to stop engine,every car barricade will be put. Very patiently they deal every customer.

Cheating agency. They are not filling the correct level petrol. Filled 5 litre petrol but after checking the cage it shows low petrol. They filled less petrol. Shell has to take necessary action on this agency

Except for high price of petrol and diesel everything else is nice. Staff are courteous and helpful. Quantity and Quality is top notch. Only problem is staff always insists on fueling with V-Power which is expensive. Has small coffee shop which has decent variety and quality is very good. Has car cleaning and ready made food, packaged water available. Has oil changing station too. Toilets were decent but havent used for a while now. Air checking is only normal air and no nitrogen.

Irrespective of the time you go to get something from here the staff gives a warm welcome & you can get basic checkups for your car like air check ,oil change for free and 24/7*365 days they provide service with 24 hrs coffee serving and if you want to park your car and sleep for a while you have alot of slots available .over all its good .

Good service, quality fuel and a greatly brewed coffee... Fuel quality, everyone knows. But coffee? If you want a good espresso shot that is balanced in body and taste, this is the place. The view from those tall chairs is perfect, with the neem trees, grass and the road. Good job👍

Generally service and fuel quality is good . Mr.Praveen Kumar not behaving properly with customers. while after filling the fuel he pulls out the pipe with leakage of around 300ML. I am asking him why. then he replies very hardly and no respect. so I am asking all, once the fuel has been fill in the proper manner then you give the money or else ask call the manager

I always love Shell services where ever I go in Chennai. They are the best when comes to petrol pump service. Also love the Select. The Deli 2 go menu is also really good which I tried very recently. Few items are better then coffee day and also well priced.

Very good quality diesel. Other products of shell also has quality.. value for money. While putting the shell diesel, engine runs very smoothly and performance also too good.

Nice gesture and I usually advise/prefer to fill my tank wen am on a long trip in the early morning hours at shell. You canbsee the difference between shell and other bunk petrol.

👍 The location is good. Especially when you are leaving chennai to down south - its rightly located to fuel your car. There is shell select as well with all the usual items - chips, .👎 The bunk is either designed badly or the service people arent great - you will be standing in a big queue during peak hours outside the bunk. You will be waiting inspite of free stations on the other side which is apparently (looks as if its) is completely hidden when you are in queue. Neither does anyone directs you to the free stations. Not the usual shell bunk.

They welcome traditional.They ask as to stop engine and to get down from the bike then only they pour petrol.If you want to get in bottle they have safety can for 200 Rs deposit you can get back after returning back.Large area guide lines .Proper response also have service shed.quick snacks and car care materials also available.

Though the petrol price is high here compared to others still people prefer here due to its location. Staff are polite, helpful and attentive.My only concern here is every time they insist for V Power petrol while visiting,Also there is a separate que for power most of the time even while a big que waiting for normal petrol that can be avoided.The convenience store is good for a lightning purchase and staffs are helpful too.Used to change engine oil too here few times and again the way they handle a customer was good.

Bad Experience Changing Engine Oil For My Car !! The Showroom Enquiry for my Car estimated me a Rs.11000 for complete Oil + Oil Filter Change, While these people observed not to pursue knowledge of the Quantity/Pricing/Customer and had the Oil filled for their Wish filled only Half of the Quantity, dragging me to a Charge of Rs.8000. No prior information was Given. Such Money Stealing Monsters !! No offense to Shell but as a Local Dealer, well have to think about it !!

Shell should seriously revisit the attitude of this place. They take ages to fill petrol and give bill. They charge enormous amount but do not have air most of the times and nitrogen non existent. The staff should be made professional do work quickly and reduce waiting time. It takes on an average 20 mins to get in and out. Only reason people still come is for the petrol quality.

Its my first time here. Before they started to fill up the tank, they had kept a barricade infront of the car.. id think it was not necessary to keep it.. and I havent seen any other pumps do this.. As if we were not going to pay them and leave, they had kept it.. they didnt give any explanations as well.. it really annoyed us

Comparing other petrols Shell at its best no need to worry about the petrol level even at low level mileage at this best customer service are very much appreciated.

I went there for oil change for my car. Successfully changed oil, but they pretend to forget that there is no offer or discount on the purchase of the oil package Shell OW-40 (synthetic). Only after asking them particularly about the offer, they gave me some interior cleaning polish. Someone should dig in why they were so hesitating to even mention about the special offers. Thanks

I did a tank fill and asked for tyre pressure check they said its not working , rest room was locked down since no water , when I asked for feedback book they pretended to search the book and made me wait for a long and leave the bulk with frustration .

Noticed that not all staffs were ready to do addon service like windshield cleaning while filling the tank. I Didnot fill the entire car tank but did 20litres ... I still think that qualifies for a windshield cleaning.

Shell is not like before. I used to prefer shell for oil change. But on my recent visit to this outlet for oil change i was unhappy because they dont follow the standard procedure of removing oil as they do before. They say the machine used to filter out oil is on repair.

Very poor customer service and this was also reported via an email to the concerned team. Toilets lack cleanliness and doesnt go with the usual shell feel. Disappointed with the experience.
