Service is good but a bit costly

Worst laundry services in the cityI wish I could have option to give them no star..I have given my Customised new tailored suit to them for dry cleaning and they give it back to me with a lot of wrinkles and I am sure that they have used water for dry cleaning.. They have charged around 500 rupees only for the coat and around 100 rupees separately for the trouser..I had an important interview and I didnt get my suit on time, I had to call them again and again.. their delivery services are very pathetic and they dont have etiquettes to handle the clothes as they have laundry trucks for transporting the clothes from one location to another Location..I am requesting you all please dont give your expensive clothes to themplease dont waste your money and time

The worst laundry service ever. I gave it to dry clean for removing a stain but they gave my clothes back with additional stain made by them and took it for second wash but it came back with the same stain.They don’t even call when the clothes are back from laundry. You need to call and check on it.Always late on service too.I have never seen such a pathetic service ever in my life.Would never suggest laundrex to anyone...
