A corner type 7 seater along with the central table is done by them 3 years back and I am very much impressed on their workmanship and service. They had accepted my specifications and offered to use the accessories as required by me.

Would have given less than one if the option was available. Booked a bed, side tables and upholstered a sofa with these guys, based on the number of good reviews. The bed was not of the same wood which they had promised. They messed up with the side tables and it took them almost a year and innumerable follow ups to get them replaced and still delivered below the average products. Very Very bad finish and I have got both right open tables. The sofa finishing also was very bad and I have repeatedly asked them to come and rectify it for more than 6 months, but still no response. Extremely disappointed, Will never recommend to anyone.

Poor experience at best. Had my sofa redone by these guys. Delivery was prompt. However I’m facing issues with the stitching & staples which seems to be coming apart despite extremely careful usage. No proper support & communication with respect to the issue redressal. Been behind Ismail for a couple of weeks to no avail. All the reviews speak about excellent customer service but I’ve experienced nothing of that sort. I’d like to remind you guys that customer service & experience does not end with the final payment. A great deal depends on the way you handle niggles & issues.

Very worst service and not worth for the money. Unprofessional. My experience is they are good at selling mattresses not for any furniture making.I have order based on the rating of 4.5. I am not sure how they got 4.5 star.I have order cot with mattress. They promised me 15 days and took 40 days to deliver. No update officially from them. Every time i have to chase them to get an update, where they given only false promises in delivering and kept postponed the delivery date.Even after receiving, I had noise issue with the cot. Not solved properly till now after so many follow ups.Inspite of this issue I have enquired for wooden wardrobe. Where they not even turned or shown their interest.If anyone preferring for any woodworks better to look someother options as well.My experience is I will not recommended them for any wood or furniture related works.
