Had been to Clothes Spa to get Iron/Pressing services and the front desk man was extremely rude.He had asked me to wait for 10mns while he was chatting with his friends over phone and then tells me we are doing some renovationsAbsolutely no sense of customer service and had an urgent suits to be very ironed.The owner should apologize and also have better people manning his business or will soon loose his customers.Competition is very high in this space and such bad services could severely impact their longevity in the market!!Guys, try other places and avoid giving it to this place unless you want to be treated like a beggar....Col RP Rajan(Retd.)
