I had big stain on my saree and I loved that saree. I was not sure if big laundry could remove it . Not only did they remove the stain but also pressed it so nicely that my husband was very impressed .

P. S: Its only for the apartment residential people. Not for the public 😬. And its also shifted to another block . Please dont go there and dont waste your time.

I was foolish enough to pay for the service a sum after which the customer service was worse than what I can imagine. It was a time sensitive laundry that I needed and they were able to give me the run on when theyll be picking up the laundry.Now the best part is I called them up for a refund, they started cooking up stories around how they are sorry and blah blah and finally started to block my number.I sincerely appeal to all of you to never ever use their service under any circumstances.

Worst service, they promise to pick and deliver the clothes on wed and sat but in a week once they come. Came to know from various FB twitter insta social media that Butterfly big laundry group cheated many franchisees and customer by looting the franchisee total investment of crores and absconding . all franchisees have decided to go to national media to damage the big laundry CEO image and put him behind the bars as a first step. They dont behave responsible for the service they deliver. It will be you who have to followup with them BCOS it is you who have paid your money and your valuable clothes. I have been cheated by the big laundry. Apart from, there were some pending clothes around 35 clothes in my older pack and my new pack(950 garments) was not started. Last Week I got a message saying, 92/950 garments, I am surprised to know that my balance 30 clothes was ignored, and on top that 92 clothes have been reduced from my new package. Please be aware of false promise, fake reviews..
