All post offices work under the goal of service. There is big Onus on citizens to help this by: 1) keeping place clean 2) not jumping their position in line 3) support local post man/woman.

Very very poor service. Doesnt treat public with respect. My sons pancard is stuck with these people for 5 days. They keep shuttling you to go here and there. I have been visiting this horrible place for the last 3 days. Till now didnt get my sons pancard. Kindly take severe action against these people

Worst service. They coolly ask people to come another day even for those work of the customers which they can complete immediately. They just dont care about the various difficulties and challenges which customers face to get to the post office. They behave as if the customers are their slaves. THIS PUBLIC SECTOR MENTALITY IS NOT GOING TO CHANGE IN INDIA BECAUSE THE TOP MANAGEMENT IN INDIAPOST IS EQUALLY IRRESPONSIBLE AS THESE PEOPLE WORKING IN LOCAL POST OFFICES. THE TOP MANAGEMENT IS NOT GOING TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST ANY ERRING EMPLOYEE BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO UPLIFT INDIAPOST TO INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS. THEY JUST WANT TO KEEP INDIAPOST AS THE SAME STINKING SEWAGE AS IT HAS BEEN ALL THESE YEARS.

Now Adhaaru Enrollment center is functioning in this post office.Good response from staff side. Also you can approach for Adhaar for Children.

It is in 1st floor and no lift.Very spacious office and the staffs & post master are very responsive to customer queries.

Its really an unfortunate situation for any Senior citizens here as the staff in the counter for deposits and withdrawals lacks politeness. This post requires a lot of patience as they will be dealing with varied age groups and different kind of people. While the customers are waiting for their turns to withdraw their deposits, the response from this staff is not appealing. They were cordial to the Senior citizens, though this branch is mostly been supported by large group of Senior Citizens residing around Pazhavanthangal and Nangainallur areas. Hope this is taken care and cos of one person, the basic requirements of the post office shouldnt be lost.

Very worst service & you cant update your Aadhar here becoz they are on leave for more than a year.... Such a worst reply by the post office staffs... Really disappointed😞

This place is not at all professional. They would scream at you if you ask the smallest doubts. Totally impolite.

Went for Aadhar card correction. For Aadhaar you need to go there before 9 am to collect the forms, and you can fill and wait for submission. Some Staffs were polite to answer to moat of the questions. Aadhaar staff ma’am also very polite and generous- she is calm in his job and replies all the questions asked by the the people. Please remember they will give Aadhaar form only first 25 people. So go early and have a pen and valid documents with you.

The first digit indicates one of the regions. The first 2 digits together indicate the sub region or one of the postal circles. The first 3 digits together indicate a sorting / revenue district. The last 3 digits refer to the delivery post office type.

If you want to spoil your entire day, Pls visit this place. The highlight is they wont attend any phone calls, you have to come directly and clear your queries. This is what their DIGITAL INDIA I think.

Responsive staff. But they need to be trained for better customer experience as still considerable wait time for any transaction. Physical environment needs a lot of improvement.

Told me to come on Monday... No service on Saturdays .. Need to have Mobile number updation and other services online.

Better Location than the previous one.But staff quality is poor.Space is good But internal facilities should be improved.Being in First floor the aged and those who have disability finds it difficult to climb.It should be more user friendly.
