Need to introduce token system for Aadhar update to avoid Public waiting in queue 3 hours in the morning for application form at Valasaravakkam E-sevai office.

Kindly make a process very worst by security and zonal officer a lady officer here is not understanding people’s situation during COVID situation makes 50 people’s to stay outside office also she has locked the shops and all owners waiting for her for more than three hours without food she has and not even responded to people’s she went directly to office and taking lunch this is not a process to punish a public customer to wait during COVID situation she might given the key at least immediately by charging fine this itself is a worst process in corporation zonal office Valasaravakkam

Been here to Get the birth certificate for my kid. The process is hasslefree and the employees assigned for the issue of birth certificate clearly explain the documents to be submitted. We need to submit the hospital discharge sheet, parents aadhaar card and a formal letter requesting birth certificate. The time for application is 10 to 1 on weekdays and 10 to 12 on working Saturdays.This one is located close to Valasaravakkam bus stop in arcot Road. Has a good parking area for cars and bikes

Good service and support on the zonal issues raised. Still can improve on the cleanliness of all these areas.

Usual style of working. They work in their time zones and do not answer customer queries. Went couple times to get aadhar card and voter id card printed here. Many times server wont work. If server works, then there will not be plasic cards in stock. But must mention that few staff are kind and cooperative.They have even given their personal contact number to find out when the system is in operational and when we can come for service.

Went to get birth certificate for my kid, first time Im giving 5* for a government organisation. Very nice customer service, ppl at desk are so polite and helpful.

Getting birth certificate is hassle free here — however it’s good to mention the timing clearly on their site for getting application for birth certificate .. timing is from 10:00 to 1:30 Mon-Friday

Truly to say...such a worst customer service........When i asked Why my Aadhar card is inactive,they didnt reply anything and just took my biometric and asked me to wait for the nxt 20 days to get my card to be updated.After 20 days i got a message that my Aadhar card was updated and so when i went to download it , it was showing that my card was suspended.Again another problem...If they have already answered my that one question,im sure by this time i would have gotten my proper Aadhar card.Why dont they consider our problems ....

A average goverment building gets your work done but takes some time during this process maintains the area in the good condition

Worst wrking....i need to regist a phone number with aadhar..but they dnt give an response..whn ever i go they told me to come 2mrw or already need have a token

Adding kid name takes more than 20 days

Nobody will care to listen. Come Tomorrow is the only answer theyll have for any question you ask.
