Customer Service is good. Got what I sought. Safety precautions are followed well. Variety of products at reasonable price. The quality of the product is good too.

Average. Went there recently to buy some tees but found most of their collections were slim fit. They should keep some for not-so-slim customers as well. Looks like they have good collections for ladies and kids.

Best place for clothes with reasonable prices.. love their exchange policy if we have bill from max for the clothes purchased and incase of exchange we can do it anywhere pan India with just ur bill copy

My recent visit to this store was satisfactory. Though the collection in Kids range was limited the staff helped me pickup the right clothes i was looking for. The store follows the COVID19 SOP like temperature check at entrance and sanitizer etc. They also disinfect clothes that are tried by customers for safety.

Yaa max is good place for buying clothes for kids and adults.But price is somewhat high. For this new year I visited both the shops it was more or less same rate but for new year they gave 50 percentage offer. So I am not telling everyone to go to fbb, I am telling max to give some offer to some festival. Thank you

An urgent shopping Ive went. Not much stock in kids section.

The collection is good. It has all the basics of everything you will need. Not a wide range but if you need to do some quick shopping, I would say you can go here. Price is like any other Max store, decently priced. Quality of products varies and product to product and differs with price too. Some of the staff who work here are helpful. The service is okay-okay, not too good, not too bad from what Ive experienced.

Good collection n good service. Need to add more collections in women western dresses. We are very regular customers to this store. This time the offer was not genuine. We could see that they increased the price and then gave offers. All the tags were new and I checked in OMR max also, this time the sale was not given genuinely. Only on fewer products we could see old tags and then sale offer tag. We can better buy during regular season rather than sale season.

We buy ready made tops and bottoms for kids here. They last long and colour durable. Accessories, handbags , shoes etc are also trendy and novel items.

Nice store in ECR with reasonable pricing with variety of clothes for all ages available here. They offer vallet parking. Courteous staff. You can see lot of busy customers when they offer 50% discounts like any other stores during non offer days and unseasoned days less crowded. Its a bit tough older people as it does not have lift to reach store you need to go by steps of 20 to 25. Very good store for regular use..

Quality is Max but the price is not. To buy quality clothing at reasonable cost. Max offers a wide range of clothing option for kids, men and women. It also has limited foot wear collection and reasonable price. It has also got womens fashion jewellery.

I am a big fan of MAX.But this outlet, its high time to upgrade the shop. Most of the place in the store is very dark that we cant differentiate between colors especially with yellow lights in the gents section.Also most of the employees are without uniform or tag which makes is difficult to identify or reach out to.

Max has always better when comes to price The only thing is each branch differs. Like the palavakam branch doesnt have much collections compared to omr.. would be nice if theres more collections.

Collections were outdated

Good collections for women. I didnt see the other sections. Sales person was very helpful. But please dont give any of your clothes for alteration here. They also have a gift for shopping above 3500, it was a school kit for kids with a lunchbox , water bottle and pencil box made of plastic. Complete waste if you ask me.
