Well !! A concept that i was initially skeptical off called as home health services however was elated and excited when someone stepped inside my house to treat me. Chronic back pain for 2 years and multiple therapies didnt help me . I was advised complete bed rest which ensured i was completely non mobile . Nightingales came as messiah and helped me recuperate well at home. Well trained staff ,polite and courteous . They not only treated me at home but also guided telepathically as in when required. Good job Nightingales. Happy with services

We had opted for Nightingales physiotherapy services a decision worth taking. Our physio Ms.Shakthi was really good. My mother had multiple fracture and needed a complete hip replacement. Ms Shakthi is a competent person. Her excerises and care has helped my mother recover faster. The team is professional and customer obsessed.

I have used their Physio services as part of the ACL reconstruction rehab process. Mr.Rakesh Velluri (Chennai Office) has helped me through out the program.Physio is the most important aspect after the knee surgery, and Mr.Rakesh really helped me to get back to manage my regular activities in less than 6 weeks. He gave me the strength and comfort that is required to cope up with the pain.I really like his service and commitment and appreciate his knowledge.

We had hired a Nightingale in our house to take good care of my father. Her name is Gayathri Vadivelu. My father was 83 years old and was bedridden. She took very good care of My father during the day. Elderly people accept only people whom they think are soft and caring towards them. True to these words she was very caring and adjustable with my father.Her routine starts by changing my fathers diaper, using wipes to clean his body, feeding him with breakfast, lunch, dinner with milk at regular intervals. On top of all this was her treatment towards bedsore my father had developed. All these hectic work was accomplished without any fuzz.My father passed away on 15th of April19, exactly a week after this Nightingale had gone on leave. Probably she had taken half his life when she left. Long Live this angel. Inline with my father wishes, I aspire her to become a dedicated nurse. I wish and Bless her with only Success in her personal and professional life.

We got a very good staff in Jyoti. We are using Nightingales since Jun 4 2018. Jyotilipsa Barik is from Orissa and I do not even know what to say. Good people do exist in world. She is more patient with mom and takes care of my mom more than us. As told earlier she should be compensated well.Where can Nightingales improve:1) Get good caterers and give good food to the girls.2) Get food delivered timely.3) Hostel is very far from bus stop. It is a good 25 minute walk in the hot sun. Imagine walking with less food, sweaty weather.4) Morning staff hrs should be reduced as they take the bulk of load. It should be may be 9 to 6 PM.5) Morning staff nurses should be paid more.6) If Nightingales keeps on increasing prices, it may get difficult.7) I have given regular feedback to Neeti MOhan from headoffice but no points were addressed.

Hi, we had hired a day care taker for my mother 80+, ms Rekha and ms Bhuvaneshwari came spoke for 30 minutes and agreed that my mother will be well taken care of from 2-11 November 2018, for 10 days.We trusted the organization and their staff and handed the payment of RS 8500/- Today they sent a mail saying that - their staff was asked to do domestic work and hence no staff is coming home...fyi - work which involved my mother - washing mothers cup/plates and spoons after buying food from outside.keeping only mothers room and toilet clean.I would like to clarify --- whether I have to employ another maid to do these jobs???? does it make any sense?? attn - all,, Kindly do not allow yourselves to this daylight robbery.Mahindra undertaking, such a shame to MAHINDRA AND MAHINDRAS...From, Ms Mathews,chennai
