That doctor referred me to admit in New Hope Medical Centre, and I follow-up patient in New Hope since more than 3 years. I am always satisfied with Dr. Rajesh treatment and New Hope Hospital.About Doctor Rajesh,Wow, what a man he is…, amazing, I have ever seen like this doctor so much better for treatment. He is very polite, very humble and gentleman. He treats my dad like family members. I am really very satisfied.About Hospital,This hospital is very much better treatment for Pvt centres. But, the management needs little bit corrections.Parking:First they don’t have proper idea for parking, otherwise securities are good for my think. Sometime their behavior is rude due to opponent reaction. I accepted their service.Pharmacy:Very worst staffs are there in pharmacy, they not do to their work, they only eating, eating, eating, eating and laughing more. Management takes appropriate action to pharmacy is my humble request.Reception:In last year and before COVID, there is a super reception staffs are handle smoothly. Now recently I visit two to three months back, Oh my god, very worst receptionist are there except night duty boy. Once I get visit at may by like 3.00PM but they no provided rooms and proper explanation. My brother sought, then only they answer, and finally we got room with the help of night duty reception boy, but unfortunately that boy name we don’t know due to we discharge at afternoon time.About treatment:Wow, what a staffs are there in this hospital. The senior sisters are work is lighting, My dad reached emergency ward suddenly they start the treatment. Dr. Jaison immediately seen and adviced to sisters, Dr. Jaison was very helpful us. We also treated and admitted in many hospitals, but Dr. Jaison told me what is the exact problem and how to solve it. Surely hands-off to Dr. Jaison. My brother ask more questions, but dr did not irritated, told me reasonable answer and his behavior is very very good. We are all stratified. My dad shifted to 1st floor, and New Hope treatment is very utmost satisfaction. My dad fully recovered. On discharged day nurses are very care to my father’s health. The expenses are very cheaper than other pvt hospital. In billing counter we ask about claiming, suddenly they called insurance, within 5 minutes the insurance person come and guide me properly and madam gives that number and told if any help we are ready serve you sir. Wow I am surprises it. Very thanks to new hope and Dr. Rajesh sir. Need man power for working. Sisters are not eating their Tiffin, lunch, dinner in the correct time. And one think I noted, only as come at morning time in pink dress lady, Oh my god, they sought staffs in very very local language in front of attenders and patient. We know that the sisters are 100% not sleeping in night time, they are all super responsible sisters, but the lady behaviors are very worst. And one more thinks I see two to three times, ground floor is very busy, at that time the ping sister go to the room and simply sit in the chair. In, that times this sister only help to emergency ward but on time she close the door and simply give the key to one sister and told to keep the key to reception. And also in the busy time that sister goes to reception and keeps that key. Sisters are very grateful working women. New Hope Staff Nurses are angles. I am surly pray for all lovable sisters and great thanks to New Hope……….!

Doctors are really good.. because of staffs and nurses hospital named spoiled outside.. Not giving all the diagnosis report while discharging. Again and again we need to call and follow up. Worst infrastructure. We need to close the patient IV set and if we are informing them that patient has fever, the nurses never bother. I asked for thermometer to check ourselves they never responded. Doctors giving instructions to the nurses but they are not all following. But giving lecture to us about hospital protocols. Till now they didnt gave the diet chart for us. This rating too only for Doctors

Please avoid this hospital at any cost ! I amsure this will affect you in either way ! I amnot saying this blindly . Have a look if you still doubt , below are my justification.Folks you know ? The O2 supply was leaking on room number 209 . I need to switch if the fan and make them realise that it was leaking when they heard the sound .Please have a look at that . Don’t know if they have changed .Also the machine which they use for monitoring BP is faulty one , I need to ask the nurse to check manually and confirm .Also there was no care given . We need to approach the nurse all time and wait .I never want to say all this just to spoil someone’s credit but the truth what I saw .1) All are just training nurses - they don’t know how to operate any machines or even to insert a IV2) No experienced doctors or doctors for your emergency .3) They are not confident in their job - 100 % they are really not sure what they do . They only communicate through calls and no doctors on floor. If you want please check in hospital .4) there is lot of confusions between the staffs who has to do what . The language they use to communicate is so rude .5)Rooms looks really shabby and smelling6) no one wear maskThey won’t know the pain you feel for your loved ones . So never take anyone there pls.Really folks , I warn youThe pic which I have posted is faulty one which says process finished and where there is remaining syringe left with medicine even after that

My dad has undergone Kidney stone removal procedure by Dr.Saravanan in this hospital.About the doctor:Dr. SARAVANAN is a well experienced and a down to earth person. He explains each and every time when we ask for doubts. His statement will always be right. He is not a money minded doctor. Before we ask for discount in over all bill, he himself will give a genuine discount. He does not scare the patients. If we follow his instructions, all the procedures are done instantly. Such a humble and a great doctor i have seen. I havent spoke much to the doctor after my dads surgery but he took care of all the procedures, medications and even the insurance part so that patient will not be in trouble during discharge. I couldnt thank him in person🙏. He was the one who has made us stress free from worrying about the stones inside for past 5 months.Thanks a lot doctor🙏🙏.About the insurance:Before undergoing any surgery, after consulting the doctor i just made a call to the hospital insurance team 3 days before the date of admission. They where also very responsive and attended the patients without making them to wait. They itself blocked rooms where we were not in trouble during the admission. Mr.Sundar from the insurance dept helped us a lot with the whole process. He was very humble and he sees to it how best he can claim from the insurance from the total bill to reduce patients co-pay. Thats really wonderful attitude.Thanks to peeps in the insurance dept and special thanks to Mr.Sundar.About the nursing dept:My dad was allocated in the first floor. The morning shift sister takes care well but sometimes if we ask questions she is getting irritated( can be more humble). Sisters who come to take BP, sugar, temperature and oxygen level are really down to earth and gives a boost to the patients without any fear. In many hospitals night shift nurses sleep and will show faces but here in first floor, night shift sisters took care very well and did there job with patients satisfaction.About the cleanliness:Only reason to reduce to 4 start. Can be more hygienic with toilets and bin inside the room. But not that worst. When compared to 4 years before to the same hospital cleanliness has reduced. But okay not bad. The people who sweep and mop are granies where they are unable to do the best.Ward boys should be really appreciated 👏. They are really doing a very good job to the patients. Excellent.Feedback :Would be better of pantry is available in hospital for the patients atlest. Everytime it was a struggle to walk for a distance to get food if our house is not nearby.Can provide handwash inside the room.Mosquitoes are harmful during nights can spray Mosquitoe sprays.Normally if get admitted without insurance, i feel room rents are quite high. If covered in insurance damn good.Should not get hospital charge in extra. This is quite expensive when we pay extra charge for hospital. Doctor consultation fees is okay but hospital charge is not necessary for a consultation.Overall a good experience and a huge salute to Dr. SARAVANAN🙏🙏.

During this Covid, admin guy didnt wear Mask when I ask him to wear Mask..he says I cant wear mask.big money collected as advance the moment i entered into hospital.look like expensive room rate.but the room and bed and bedsheet maintained very poorly..Worst staff, irresponsible & late arrival doctors, Wrost behaviour of Admin, The moment you enter the hospital parking, first of all no parking, from parking you have to fight, no parking, Wrost behavioural security, admin & stuffs, I have submitted the admission form but they didnt even responding, admin discussion with another admin about crypto currency related newsNo waiting or attender place, the hospital is small and no good ventilation.Before you choose this hospital please verify. Some caste based doctors they recommend due to reference and % of amount will be divided.Over all I fed up, I dont have any options to give zero rating..hence I clicked 1 rating.I am sure they even dont care of any review.. since they have caste based multiple people they give good reviews and they say superb excellent etc..fact you know when you reach hospital.Im writing this from hospital.. almost 1 hrs 30 mintues over doctor not arrived. Actually I suppose to give zero rating, Since there is no option Im giving 1 rating to post, there is no proper guidance and very poor treatment by the duty doctors and nurses and pathetic service, its worst than the government hospitals in terms of all the aspects. Better get the 2nd openion from the specialist rather than getting admitted and geetting yourself killed.

One of the worst hospital which I have ever seen. No proper response from any of the staffs for any matters. Too costly for all the things( room rent, food etc). My mom had operation at leg, I really had very bad experience on that. And after 7 months that is today (26/06/2020) she is still having pain. After the operation I asked for report, but the report contains no proper information and when I asked them, they said this was given by operated doctor and we arent responsible for that. Such a bad experience. I wont suggest anybody to get in there. And few of my neighbours and relatives got experienced same at the hospital. So please dont go there.

I brought my mother here for spinal surgery. They treated her well. Doctors and nurses and all the staffs are well behaved. But they have some issues regarding their room management. Most importantly they need to improve their canteen facilities because they dont have special food arrangements for patients.Otherwise everything else was fine here.

Space for visitors at reception is in adequate. No place for visitors near ICU at 3rd floor. Relatives are seated on dirty stairs. Canteen and its wash basin are 3rd rated. Rest room near Canteen is real joke. The have not bothered about visitors comfort. Treatment to patient is okay but taking very long time allotting independent room and causing tension to patient and relatives.

Had full cashless insurance but they kept asking us for money and stopped the insurance services a day before discharge.They try to scam you with insurance and don’t produce a breakup for their expenditures.I recommend people to think twice before coming here as the staff here are the worst.

Only reason for visiting this place, its because of the Patient friendly Doctors. Reception and OP Nurses are always from Mars, it takes 5-10mins for addressing concerns with reasonable answers. How much ever in advance you book an appointment for admission, you will never get a room for the patients. Worst part is you hardly get blankets in the rooms for patients and they will ensure to disturb the patients at 5am for changing the bed spread, which no means of logic on time management. Hospital admin should seriously take this feedback, before they loose the remaining reputation.
