A wonderful place for Ayurveda treatment. Had a condition of IBS for about 10 years, allopathy treatment gave only symptoms suppression with bonus of new side effects. Consulted Dr Achyut Bharadwaj with digestive issues, mouth ulcers and tiredness. Doc was a wonderful and calm listener he gave me ayurvedic medicines and diet plan with traditional rice available with LIT store of Ayurshi Ayurveda it was a wonderful change for me. Myself, both my parents and my sister were tested covid positive. Myself and my mom were tested earlier , we werent aware of Ayurshi Ayurveda. So we started with allopathic medicines. This is for my friends mom who had been infected by some virus.. the diagnosis went on 3 days with admission.finally they diagnosied her platelets were only 4000 which was very low. Normal level is 4 lakhs. Alopathy doctors immediately said to admit her, gave steroids and also told her life itself is at risk, anytime. They said it will take many months to increase platelets. I met Dr. Achyuth for my stomach ailments. He has listened to my entire story of 10 yrs of struggle patiently and there was a process he asked to follow for certain months along with medicines. It was initially tough for me get in to the process as it was completely new to me. But once I got stuck to the routine it really made some real improvements and I am still following it as per Drs advice. I must be thankful to him.Not only that and in between I was tested with Covid +ve. During this tough time, I have contacted him online and after receiving all the feedback on the symptoms he has prescribed me the right medicines to completely recover from that as well. I have come to Ayurshi Ayurvedha for L4-L5, L5-S1 nerve compression treatment. Before coming to Ayurshi, I have taken allopathy and homeopathy treatment but I didnt get satisfied and the severity of the pain never subsided. I have also undergone various physio treatment but my pain never reduced. I read about Ayurshi Ayurvedha through internet and met Dr.Achyut for this problem. Dr.Achyut is very kind and patiently listened to my words. First he clarified that they are giving treatment to the body as a whole and asked me to explain if there are any other problems in my body. Other than nerve compression, I had multiple issues like dry skin, digestion problem, piles, hairfall, gum bleeding and low energy levels. Dr.Achyut listened to all my problems patiently and said that the treatment should be given first to reduce the intensity of the pain. So as per doctors advice I have taken Abhayangam and Kizhi treatment for 7 days along with medicines. Within 7 days my excruciating pain get subsided. Doctor also advised me to make some changes in the diet. By following doctors advice and taking medicines, I have seen good improvement in all my issues and the pain had reduced to maximum. (Big writing, but honest review) I was suffering from severe back pain for 7+ yrs where I cant drive or walk or play or do things for a little time which causes so much pain the next day. Excellent treatment for Hyper acidity. I was suffering from this problem for long time. Tried all types of treatments including Ayurveda. Everything gave temporary relief but not the permanent solution.But Dr. Aravind suggested important food habits and good medication. Within a week I felt significant relief. Also, the same food habits I am continuing now, feeling no acidity at all and I can say good bye to Hyper acidity very soon.

I found to have diabetes just 3 months back. My sugar was around 200+ .I didnt want to go to any alloathic doctor as they will ask to take medicine life long. I had great advice and suggestion from Dr. Aravind Bharadwaj to control my Sugar levels with out any medicine. On 18Jan21 My fasting sugar was 108 and PP sugar was 256. On 16Mar21 Fasting sugar is at 100 and PP sugar is 157. Its a Magic without Medicine. I just followed the diet he recommended. Had Fruits and Traditional rice instead of regular white rice. I am writing this review with a good intention of spreading the awareness on diabetes disorder by sharing my experience.When I came to know that I am a diabetic, I was totally upset and it is really hard to digest that I have to live the rest of my life with the support of medicines.My blood sugar level was 518 mg/dL, when I was first diagnosed. If you are planning to visit here you must be willing to spend money like a water flow.All I could say is that they are using well the people mindset of Ayurvedic is expensive..Ive tried out making an oil with same ingredients what they have mentioned it costs only 30 percent of what they are charging.Min consultation fee is 300 (For initial consultation its okay but for follow up consultation for that same problem you could reduce){ For my follow up consultation where he hardly spent 3 mins he charged 300}..And Ive spent 5k for 1 month and Ive seen 0 result after Ive followed all their medicines and suggestion I cannot say their treatment is ineffective as Im due for 3 months special treatment Ill update results after its done.Some things I like here are, the place and treatment is well organised (they allot you a file which has all history of your treatments and tips for everyday healthy life) and friendly doctor.One suggestion:Please make treatment affordable to middle class people too.

Hello everyoneI am 52 years old, Diabetic and going through menopause for 8 years and was on Allopathic medication for the past 10 years. My menstrual cycle has been irregular and bleeding used to be there for 22 days or 45 days continuously.I happened to meet Dr Achyut Bharadwaj and Dr advised Ayurvedic diet which involves Hand pounded Red Rice. In 15 days my Sugar level dropped from 291 to 229, and in a couple of months it has come down to 140.My gynaecologist had earlier suggested me to remove the uterus because of small fibroids but now after taking Ayurvedic diet and medication there has been a lot of improvement and my period intervals have been regulated within 2 months.Apart from the above, my Haemoglobin level has improved from earlier 7 to 11 in this period. Sir/madamI am a wheezing patient for the past 25 years. I am a strong believer in God and do a lot of meditation. One day after prayers just wanted to try Ayurveda for my problem. I browsed and found this clinic as my nearby location. I met doctor Achyut. Liked the ambience and the doctors treatment. Felt like talking to my son. The same smile and beard. I came here 2 years back for lumbar disc displacement near l4 and l5 I had disc displacement issue where doctors said I had to withdraw myself from strenuous activity and if at all I continue it I might have to undergo surgery too . After postal surgery of my leg fracture, my knee became stiff and weak, not able to walk properly. I took a treatment (2 kind of massages) at Ayurshi Ayurveda Panchakarma Centre for one week. There was lot of improvement by strength and flexibility in my leg. It helped to speed up my postal surgery recovery. After couple of months, I took another one week oil massage. After these two weeks of treatment, I was able to walk normal. Doctors and staffs in Ayurshi Ayurveda are very professional and service oriented. I visited this center for Sinus problem.I took Nasiyam treatment for Sinus. First few days I didnt get any relief. But slowly it reduced and got cured completely. I think this is one of the best treatment we can take for Sinus without any side effect.

Recently i visited dr.achyut bharadwaj.i would like to share few words. There are very few doctors in todays world who explain the cause of disease, essences of tradition, how the medicine helps etc.. in laymans language. Eventhough i dont have much knowledge in ayurveda. He explained everything convincingly.He is very polite in listening all my history regarding the health issues. Which most of the doctors dont do. I have undergone panchakarma treatment in Ayurshi Ayurveda.Ayurveda has cure for arthritis and panchakarma being a general detoxification process , is a kickstart to the treatment.I have come to this clinic after making many enquires , and it is one of the very few places which authentically conducts this process.The doctors are present during vamanam, virechanam and vasti . Also, they guide you meticulously with the diet to be followed. Home cooked food is provided to patient and the attendants.Panchakarma gave me great results. My joint pains have reduced to a great extent. I understand that it is beneficial in many health conditions, and also helps in weight reduction in a healthy way, so would recommend it to everyone.As it is an elaborate process, the doctors here plan it in parts , to suit our schedules.

My daughter had lipoma (kozhuppu katti). We believe d in Ayurvedic treatment which will give permanent solution to her problem. So hearing more about the clinic we approached Dr Aravind Bharathwaj. He advised for a small procedure in there clinic itself as they had a surgeon Dr.Dhyan in their team. The team started the procedure which was supposed to be completed in half an hour took 3 hours to complete as the lipoma was a larger one and also one more small one which were duly removed. Post operative medicines were given. Now she is free from her inconvenience and leading her normal life.The professional care and advice given by Dr.Aravind Bharadhwaj, with his service minded team she got fully cured . Very good people, I am here for my neck and shoulder sprain which was very severe. Doctor identified the issue well and treatment started immediately. I was supposed to have 3 sittings but it shown a great result after the first sitting. Ambience is really good and good hospitality from people there. Can get organic foods there as well.

I underwent a 2-week treatment for a long standing backpain, shoulder and knee pain at this Centre. It was very effective and the pains were substantially cured. All staff member were courteous, knowledgable and skilled. The treatment combined with proper diet recommendations and lifestyle changes advised by doctor were really effective. They also have traditional items like hand pounded rice, raw honey, desi ghee etc. at their own store named Live Indian Tradition.
