The bun was not crispy. The burger was cold. You dont have a choice of us to eat. What they provide is only option and forcing to take meal option . Bangalore burger King outlets are awesome.

The shop is neatly positioned in the corner of the food court in Marina Mall. The place is mostly clean and the staff also are satisfactory most of the times.The quality of the burger and other items here are below the standards of other burger king in Chennai. The burger is mostly moist and the fried chicken is full of oil which makes it difficult to eat. Overall the the brand is losing quality at this branch.

They wont let u have single burgers..nor the value products that cost 50. They respond saying only combos .msystem.allows only combos and value products only for 100 minimal purchase. Which means if u want a kitty order of 50 u wont get sry they wont serve. Their system wont allow ordering only burgers but u can do the same with swiggy and Zomato. They wont spill a bit of sauce or mayo in ur burger .. not much of hospitality.. may be tough times for them but it is for all..for us too

We made our order, and due to bank issues the card payment didnt went through and this place was not having UPI payment. The guys initially told that they will start preparing it and will wait for the payment to go through. Even after 30 minutes we were not called..when we checked the issue, they told that they havent recieved the payment has not started preparing the order, even though they initially told that they will prepare the order. Now after 30 minutes of waiting and paying the person through Google pay. We are still waiting for the orderCustomer service at the worst.If you value time, never visit here

In simple words.. the place was great!! burger King had a great offers with good taste. Unlike other malls burger king, they had enough stock on the day.The employees are really good and patience. Even though i stuck with paytm transaction process, they wait for me without any hesitation i paid!!I felt so comfortable and love to go their again only for burger King!!!

Good one to try various choices of sandwitches nd burgers at VR mall. Good thing is you can order without the need for food cards at foodcourt. Choices will be really confusing if you arent familiar with.

The non-veg chicken whooper burger was pathetic. The chicken patty was not tasting good and there was very little veggies within it (obviously I know that it wont be as good as they showed in the pics but it was way worse). The thick chocolate shake was very sweet like sugar syrup rather than tasting like choco! Hash brown was very oily!! Worse experience in this burger king 🤢

Not a good experience here. The burger felt half baked. The fries are not as tasty as it was when started in the mall. The customer experience can be bit more better. I felt they give more tissues rather than counting them. As I came for pure shopping at that time, I couldnt notice the cleanliness. The plate was clean and food was well placed. But overall it should comeback to its original grandeur.

No one wearing mask. Yes, did not see one person wearing a mask.They are bad with timings. Waited for 20 min for a burger.They have a token number system but no one follows.

The food was great, but the service was messy. They were not following the order number that was on display, gave my friend wrong item too. Also there was too much ice in cold drink....like you can tell it was too much. Other than that the food was great.

Really disappointed with the ordering experience. They dont know how to handle large crowds. They simply mess up the order sequence. This particular staff at the counter was very rude to so many customers especially with the tone and all the eyeballing. Havent seen that type of behaviour at any other outlet. Spoiled my appetite. Seriously, what good is the food if you dont know how to handle customers? It was my first and last visit there.

Service is fast, staff is efficient. At a mall, especially at a food court, efficiency and timely deliveries are important. Keep it going BK !

After long time I had dinner here. Very long back I visited and shocked because of their menu and price comparatively better than McD. But Last time I had mutton Burger but it was very high cost and not value for money in quality.

The reason I gave 2 stars is because of the quantity they provide. The burger is squeezed and the price is quite high. Though the quality of the burger is good. But this is not what actual Burger King provide .

It was worst experience. I have ordered 3 Burgers all with different names like crispy chicken, spicy chicken and one crispy chicken supreme meal includes fries and coke but when we got the other first it was not hot at all ,when I asked him to heat it he started heating which again took some 10mins till I got the burger fries became cold then they started heating the fries. Till I got fries again burger was cold. Its was worst experience. I waited for full order for more than 40mins but still I didnt got the proper food. Because they were not sure what is the difference between all these 3 Burgers and got the same burger with 1 piece of onion inside. Terrible the way you guy serve the order. And while billing the guy without even asking is he added ice cream in the order and was charging extra 250/- thank god that I checked it or we would have end up paying extra without knowing. Not recommended.
