Taste was good. But a big no on service as they had only one person attending all tables due to covid situation and that poor guy was running here and there so obviously he was tried and not in mood to serve with attention.

Been here quite a few times and it was really good in all ways but, my recent visit was the worst. Never coming back to this place again. In Our order, we have starters chili fish and chicken 65. Both were spoilt. The fish was hard as a rock, they told its cause its fried, and the chicken had the old chicken taste. Post having lunch there I got sick which proved that the food was a mess. Ventilation was not good overall worst experience. Alot has changed from from its previous way of functioning.

Unable to contact restaurant!I have been charged 200rupees extra for a meal today. When I checked the bill and called the restaurant someone is picking and saying it is wrong number. The contact no. provided in the website is also not working. WORST EXPERIENCE!! Should never visit this hotel again.

The worst hotel of all Times, please do not waste your money as they charge you extra for no reason and the food was uncooked. Poor customer service. I have been to this hotel since childhood but the standard decreases as years pass.Please close the hotel for heavens sake.

Both veg and non Food was pretty good. The restaurant ambience is decent. When I went it was fully crowded. Their system of managing the crowd could be improved. Its in the third floor and the only decent way to reach this place is through 2 small lifts. Access to this restaurant could be improve.

The food is average. Nothing exciting except for the ambience. Dim light, rustic look and a projector with songs running on the screen (hope they screen IPL during the season). But since there is no other similar hotel around this corner, you can give it a try. The non veg meals is served with only non veg curry, not with any actual meat in the platter. The biryanis are eatable. The dishes are bit pricey, expect an average spend of Rs.200-400 per person. Houses probably the smallest lift in the world.

One of the best biryani spot in the town. You must try the Chicken and Mutton biryani with Cole and you feel like in heaven. Nice small picture galary in walkway.

Plates served were watery , we had to use tissues to clean ourselves...Chicken tikka masala was somewhere near okay....Even briyani master who cooks briyani wud not here.Looks like the owners have not stepped out to see how the outside briyani world is competing.Sauce plate served were yuck....Long way to go.....

Food was not that much great. We have ordered chicken briyani and didnt felt the chicken was fresh. Drain chicken was not good we have ordered it and till we come home the colour was in our hands. Too much of colour used.

Nice Place. Even though it has a fully Commercial surrounding it is meant to be a peaceful place. Service is good. Delightful food varieties. The taste is authentic south indian. Must be a great visit, if it has good entrance.

Visited for lunch. We had chicken and mutton biriyani, and starters. All the dishes are rich in taste. Interior of this hotel is too good. Reasonable price. Custer service is good. Restroom available neat and clean.Disadvantage I feel is no parking available.

Nice but too crowdy

There is lack of North Indian food serving restaurants in this area of Chennai. The taste is good but they compromise with quantity, like garlic naan is of pretty smaller size as compared to the price. Also in most of the curries, the masala/onion is excessive. They can improve on these points.

Bad taste not satisfied waste of money

The taste of the food was kind of ok.But when it comes to quantity... it’s really bad.We ordered a couple of naan and a chicken gravy. The quantity of the gravy wasn’t sufficient at all. They charged nearly 220rs for that gravy which was really bad.Service was also not up to the mark. I literally argued with them multiple times for a glass of water.Whenever I asks for water no one responded as I opted for regular water and said NO to the paid mineral water.

Food was delicious, great experience. Good place for family. The only thing I felt bad is the hotel is in 4th floor and there are no stairs. In case of emergency it could be difficult for people to exit.

I have ordered one chilly chicken,prawn biryani, and one veg meals. In chilly chicken raw meat smells came, and not fresh too. Next, Prawn biryani same like tomato rice, Too Costly. Totally Waste of Money. Regret These Restaurants.

Actually this restaurant dont deserve any rating. Completely pathetic atmosphere was there. Even they dont want to serve north Indian people. Stinky glasses, Small amount of food in high price , waiters doesnt want to listen anything from non tamilian. Chennai is big and beautiful city but this type of people are spoiling the environment.

Was here in May 2017 and food was good. But here again on 17 Nov 17 and food was terrible. Crab rassam was just pepper soup, biryani was not warm (seems like it was leftover that was microwaved), and most food was blend. Service was bad.

Very very bad experience with the staff in the restaurant.on a Sunday evening we went with family and kids.there was item song were played continuously in the TV,we request them to change the channel as there were few more ladies were having dinner which is not suitable for the kids and ladies, but the manager Mr.alaghar refused to do so.even the server was in a hurry to take the order and said many of the item which is their in the menu was not available.we stood out unhappy because of their behaviour.i request management to have right people in place as these people spoil the reputation of the restaurant.
