No one picks the call and disconnects after a while. So hard

Food is frozen and the entrance is totally unhygienic.Atleast spend 5% of food cost towards keeping the surroundings clean. Attached is the entrance to kitchen.. there is no restaurant available .This single kitchen serves for 7 different restaurants.

The ad is only good but food is the worst food ever had very pathetic only the jeera soda is nice all other waste of money plz dont get deceived by the ad and dont order behrouz verybad biryani........

Food Not Tasty

I ordered mutton biriyani though Zomato yesterday, the order came on time, but when I checked, the parcel it was missing gulab jamun. Called porur Behrouz to mention about the missing item, he apologized and said it will not happen and send gulab jamun in separate delivery. But, the gulab jamun were sour and should have been prepared 2 days ago though they claim it is made fresh.. I have asked the delivery person to check its taste and then he called his manager to inform that it was bad. The manager mentioned to me that they have 8 level of quality standard and take this as a serious feedback for correction and promised me that I will be receiving fresh gulab jamun in next 1 hour. It has been more than one day and no one bothered to call me and it shows what level of service Behrous provides to its customers. When they could not even keep up their promise to deliver a Gulab Jamun for their fault, How would they even bother to keep up the promise of implementing the genuine feedback from customer to improve their standard..Very pathetic experience and decided I should refrain ordering from Behrous from now.
