I wish there was a negative rating so that I could rate the store, their manager and their services appropriately. I highly recommend everyone not to visit the store as they are nothing but cheaters. I am a person who lets go of things easily but this store service has left me highly frustrated. I got a set of skullcandy earphone from them and they promised they would replace it in case of any issue within a week post which I should visit skullcandy service centre. The earphone was defective and I took the piece to them for replacement. Instead of replacing, they behaved in highly inappropriate manner. More than losing 2200 bucks which was price of the earphone, I feel cheated and frustrated by the way they shouted and behaved. I wish no one faces the bad luck of setting even a single foot near this store

Hi Guys, as you enter from car parking into the mall this is the first shop that hits the eye so you cant miss it. Im writing this is utmost stress n usually Im not a person who gets stressed up with issues. Highly disappointing service I got myself a Bluetooth headset and within two months of usage one ear side was not working so I went to them to ask for a replacement which they promised me within a max of a week. Its been close to three weeks nothing has happened but the my issue is not even one person has called me to update this is what customer satisfaction about.Since this is in Phoenix market city everytime I go I need to pay my parking token just for this alone. I would rate them negative if there was a scale. They agreed to deliver to my office which Im still waiting except for a call nothing moved after that hope this review strikes a chord in any one who cares about a customer.

The worst shop I have been. Horrible product and service. Hoping to hear the shop is shut down soon. They Dont know how to handle customers and why do they run a business.P.S - If you wanna to waste money buy gadgets from here.
