I shortlisted this store, as it was one of the nearest Apple Store from my Office.First I called and confirmed about product availability in store ( gray color iPhone 6s), as I planned to buy it in lunch hours,The person responded the call, not only explained to me about the product, he told me about the ongoing offer on this product and others.When I get in store (accompanied by my friend), after billing, the store staff explained to me about the feature and other things.My friend was engaged in exploring the different product and one of the staff was always there to explain about the product.After billing they put tempered glass + case, one of the staff help me to transfer my all contact from android phone to this phone.The overall experience was really awesome and the staff was very very helpful.Thank you guys for making my first iPhone experience awesome .. :) :)

NEVER BUY FROM HERE IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE A GREAT AFTER PURCHASE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I recently bought mobile from here and they offered complementary tempered glass and few other items which seemed very appealing. But, in less than a month, air gap came up and when I reached to the store, they denied with any service and responsibility. The interaction completely showed the lack of customer obsession and very poor post purchase experience.If given a chance, I will opt to buy a phone without any complimentary offer but a good post purchase service experience.

The worst selfish retailers ever, they couldnt even retrieve my IPHONE XR bill which was lost during shifting my house.They only focus on sales and getting rid of the customer.

I was trying to buy a speaker and they offered it to me for 25000, they made me wait 25 minutes to buy it and once I got to the counter they were like the cost is 26700. You give me wrong price when I am and then make me wait for it and then charge me more. Thanks. I am not coming back here for the lack of customer service.

Visited this  store few days back. It was an mind blowing experience, the team welcomed me with a smile and they were ready to help me out with the products. Bought an iPhone XS in the store, they helped me out with backing up my old iphone to the new one. One of the team members who was sitting inside came towards and helped me in selecting the product, the lady she was helpful as she was standing next to me until the process gets over. I really have to mention their names, (Ms. Baljeet and Manikandan). Thank you guys for your help. They also had others offers on speakers and headphones , which was really good... but wasn’t able to take one as I was in real urgent. Good Ambience, but the only thing to make a note here is that, the AC wasn’t working... it was suffocating inside. Had to go out and stand twice due to this, please do rectify this for a pleasant customer experience.Thank You

Unprofessional people. Their judgement skill is faster than their MacBook Pro. Its not the clothes that I wear is going to pay you. Its the person inside it. There were 5 staff in that showroom, but everyone pretended to be busy. Even when I asked for assistance, they just pretended. And the funny thing is there were only 2 customers(including me) at that time. I know my one MacBook Pro purchase loss wont create a dent in your pocket. By let the world know that in order to get minimum respect for you, they must come tip top.

I went to check out the ipad pro 11 inch model sometime in December 2018. I was considering the other budget as well the 10.5 variants to see which would be the best fit for my needs.I have finally bought the 2018 Pro 11 inch model yesterday - ie., march 1 2019 and am extremely satisfied with my choice. It took me so long as I could not get my hands on an airpods unit until recently which I had to test to be able to go ahead with the pro 11 purchase. One feedback is if there was a demo piece available, this decision might have been reached sooner.I have had extensive discussions with Avinash and Jai Sir and have visited the store multiple times so as to be sure that I am making the right choice so as not to have regrets later. I found the staff very understanding and polite.This device is crucial for my years ahead and I just wanted to make sure I made the right decision here.  My apologies for the trouble caused. I am on the lookout for airpods 2 to be released and would be purchasing it from the same store as soon as it is out. I had some nice conversation with Baljeet maam on the day of the purchase, who was most pleasant and has a keen sense of humour. It has overall been a pleasant hassle free experience for me at Currents and look forward to keep returning in future.

I have purchased my three apple products from this store , and every time I am fully satisfied. The staff is friendly and they give you reasons to live their products. They provided me offer for my MacBook due to being an IITian. Though till now none of my gadgets have got problem but they are always ready to short out the issue. They have also lappy bags , iPhone covers , Apple TV, screen gaurds and wireless chargers . Bose speakers are also available. You will love to visit this place .

Badd experience.. Even if I have purchased the ipad from this retailer. Had purchased care plan too. Now after 3 months after expire of the warranty it is disabled as my kid used wrong passwords. They are asking the price of Rs 1500 for resetting it. I cant do it as itunes on my laptop is not recognizing it.Have to check on friends mac or other os.Its better to buy from other places or not buy apple products at all.

I bought iphone 7 from currents chennai, phonix in november 2017, its switched of automatically and started heating up very badly. I gave it to store back since it was in warranty. After giving back, people from the store was not responding well specially technical person called Arshad.He doesnt have knowledge of resetting icloud security questions.I am very disappointed with the product as well as with Arshad.

People here dont look professional. Sometimes , they dont even know about tgeir products. They r not so interactive and well versed with apple products. On being asked about their technician they told he would be available only one day in the week. And they were confused on being asked about a product.they r good n polite but not professional.i prefer currents in khader nawaz khan road than this shop, cause they r more professional.

Worst store in Phoenix.. I went to getta Mac book air there in EMI option for 75,000 a girl named Ramya.k whos working there told that I will pay only 5100rs for 9 month for the lap cost of 89,000 I asked her how she said I will get 2500rs cash back for every month thats how EMI works like I asked her about 10 times that I will pay only 5100rs later I found that I have to pay 8500rs for monthI came back there I didnt find the girl there again I cancelled the transaction and did a new one cause the new guy said you will get 7500rs and they said u have to pay the amount and you dont any other choice but still am paying 8100rs per monthI already made a down payment of 18,000 rs and an 4000 rs second time now am paying 95,000rs for an 89,000rs lapAnd the gave me this 10,000 accessories which is worthless and the product which is not been moveing on that shop, I should have gotta dell or went to shop like porvika or something now have to work rest of the year paying for the EMIThey said we will take action on the girl but they didnt took any thing
